Direct and a good guy. The shop greets everyone as the come in. I really like Miguel and Charlie , who I've bought a bunch of stuff from. Jacob is the one employee who has always been less than polite every time I dealt w him and caused me to cancel a multi / multi hundred dollar purchase for me so I'd avoid him. This is just my personal experience so I just try to avoid him. They run tournaments consistently , have a great selection of singles , and have a lot of desired products. Their products are always growing and that's what I really like as well. Give them a shot !

It's a really fun way to stay involved with the shop and the hobby even when I can't be there in person. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're into shiny cardboards, whether you're a collector, player, or just enjoy hanging out and talking about your favorite hobby! As a middle-aged father looking for a hobby we could share that didn't involve screens or video games, I'd read a bit about Gunpla and decided to give it a shot. What a find! The owner was incredibly helpful and patient with us, taking the time to understand what we were looking for and guiding us to first sets that were perfect for our skill levels. His enthusiasm was genuine, and it made the whole experience fun and welcoming, never overwhelming for complete beginners like us. The prices are very reasonable, which is a huge plus when you're testing out a new hobby with your kid. We both walked out with our own kits, and I have to say, I'm just as hooked as my son! Building these models has been a surprisingly relaxing and rewarding experience, and I'm already looking forward to tackling more complex builds and refining them. I'm planning to return soon to pick up a few more sets for Christmas gifts and to expand my own collection. If you're looking for a screen-free activity to share with your children or just want to explore the world of Gunpla, I highly recommend stopping by this shop. The passion and knowledge of the owner really make all the difference.

Avoid this store for tournaments…read more I had a confirmed registration through the Bandai app for their tournament, yet when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was turned away. The store had set an early check-in cutoff that was only announced on their private Discord server, with no notification on the Bandai app where players actually registered. As a result, waitlisted players were let in ahead of those of us with confirmed spots, and we were then told to join a waitlist of 40+ people, despite having already secured our registrations. Several other registered players I knew experienced the same problem. Many of them had driven over 45 minutes with the assumption of a secured spot while arriving before the start time. This is a serious problem. If an event is open to the public and registration is handled through the Bandai app, critical information like check-in deadlines should be communicated through that same platform, not buried in a Discord that not all participants know about or have access to. The way this was handled strongly favors locals and regulars who are already in their circle, which is unfair to outside players who followed the proper registration process. I would not recommend supporting this shop.

They host tournaments as well, and have plenty of tables and chairs for casual play. It seems like locals and visitors drop by to check out this spot. The first time we came, we did not receive the best customer service. We were asking for what cards they had available and the person at the counter had short answers and we were ignored no matter how many times we tried to get their attention. The second time we came, it was much friendlier and warm. They shared with us that tournaments for One Piece tournaments happen (at least for now) on Thursdays and Sundays. We are still "shopping" around for an LCS but we will definitely keep them in mind and come to a tournament to check out the community. I like how the shop has an open space feel to it and offer some food and drinks.

After about 10 minutes of obviously looking around, he doesn't ask if I'd like to look at any cards or if I needed help. There was an additional employee behind a computer in the middle of the shop. Both employees were talking and joking with guys at a table playing a game that was across the room (seemed like frequent customers). Finally after the 3rd time walking past the guy behind the computer, he asked if I needed help. I told him yes I'd like to look at a couple of cards. He told me that the other guy would help me (yes, the one i was next to for the past 10 minutes!). I checked out a few cards and noticed the prices they offered were $5-10 more than market value (which is crazy to me after shopping at other card shops in the area and also knowing these guys buy below market). On one of the cards he was overcharging, I told him "oh wow I didn't know the price went up, I thought it had been consistently going down". His response was "well, I offered that price to a guy this morning for the same card and he bought it. So yea...." After looking at a few different cards and noticing their high prices, I told him I was good and left. Sucks because this shop is near where I live and they had a lot of the cards I've been wanting for a while. I'd recommend checking out other local card shops with lower prices and better customer service!
