Not sure what the hype is about this place. The food, service, and ambiance were okay. Just okay. First of all, the servers took forever to take our order and that's not even the almost 45 min wait for our food (when the place wasn't even busy at all; we went on a Wednesday night). Second, the ambiance was basically dead. No music. Sometimes awkward silence. Then third the food was literally unimpressive. Basic food. Nothing special about it. Last time coming to this restaurant.

Kinda Disappointing... :/ Honestly, this spot didn't live up to the hype. We got 6 pounds of crawfish (4 medium, 2 spicy garlic), and they were super bland. The only flavor that came through was garlic and not in a good way. The sauce didn't do much either. Just felt like a waste of a cheat day. Probably wouldn't come back. Very meh.

My family and I are procrastinators so we didn't make any plans for Easter. We found this place just by looking online for restaurants open on Easter, glad we did. Our waitress was very tentative, she kept coming back and making sure we didn't need anything and made sure our drinks were full. As for the food my family is from Texas so crawfish is a big deal down there and the only complaint I have about the crawfish is that I wish they were alittle bigger, that I would have gotten medium instead of mild and ordered more then just a pound. Seasoning was on point for mild in my opinion, so I can image how they would have been for medium. The Crawling Crab was very clean, family friendly. We will be back!

The first restaurant I ever stepped food in since COVID hit. It's a familiar setting since we used to come here for the buffet a lot. Needless to say it's a huge establishment and plenty of room for physical distance. I would've liked for their table sizes to be bigger, since the style of food and way of eating call for that, especially with all the delicious mess involved! Our waitress was bubbly and had a nice voice. Give us good recommendations and checked on us frequently - even took our group picture! Everything I tried (shrimp, clams, potatoes, crab legs) were good. Very fresh, saucy, with a hint of smokiness. The food came out HOT and the shrimps were fun to play with especially with the heads on! It's a lot of seafood so plan accordingly and be prepared to be seafood-out!

The Crawling crab. This place was so fun and extremely clean, people are eager to get back to work, the wait staff were so kind and we're excited that we were there! Peter and Austin you are doing a great job on making people feel welcome.? I love going to places where I meet people that love their jobs. Thank you for making this night at night so great. Peter and Austin were great, Thank you for giving us such a great service and the food was wonderful. The only thing that I was a little bummed out about it is you your Bottle beer price, I had Sapporo a small one and it was five dollars. The last thing. We loved your sauce, the crab, fried oysters were cooked perfectly. Shrimp and Calamar were a bit overcooked. They need to be juicy not so dry and tough! We enjoyed the atmosphere, the people, the food. We WOULD go back.

Yeah! This place is an experience. My CPA recommended it to me as a fun place with good crab & he's correct. Went with the all mix spice medium and it was delicious and hot. I thought the price was reasonable. The crab & lobster were fresh. The Sauvignon Blanc wine was good and only $6 a glass. The restaurant is super clean. I'll be back...

I love Cajun seafood places. This restaurant was set to open just as covid rolled in do opening was delayed. I had time today so my girlfriend and I stopped in for a late lunch. The place is clean and bright, shiny new. It has a great sports bar area with several flat screens to watch the games. We were sat quickly and there was only a few other people in the place. Our server was Stephen and was wonderful. Friendly, fast and he knew the menu and the options which was quite pleasant. We took his recommendations on most everything. From order to eating was only about ten minutes and I always appreciate that. Why there there rating then? I found it overly expensive for what we received. The food was wonderful but it's hard to justify 80 dollars to two relatively light eaters. Had we ordered a few drinks and dessert, lunch for two would have been 120 dollars.

I've been coming to the other location for a long time. The federal location is a lot smaller and there was always a wait but with this location, it's not as busy. This would be a dope place to gather with a group of friends to watch the playoffs if they have bigger TVs, they do have plenty of TVs but this place is huge and the TVs need to be bigger to enjoy. Because it's so big, they are able to accommodate for bigger parties. Because of the popularity this place has, their prices are a bit higher than other Cajun places. They don't offer combo or half pound options either- which is what I prefer to be able to enjoy a little bit of everything. On their menu the have three different spice level, mild medium and XXX- I am not sure why they skipped the hot. But the XXX is a good punch and not too crazy spicy. I love the all in flavor they have, but I haven't tried the other flavors they offer. I like that it's not as oily as other places. The wings and fries are good appetizers to start off with and to help fill you up. The services is always attentive when I visit at both locations. The last visit, I was disappointed that the crawfish was as big I had from other spots esp since it's in season.

I usually don't give places a 5 star review unless it's absolutely amazing, which this place definitely is! The snow crab clusters and scallops are excellent and plentiful for me and wifey! The service is quick and efficient as well. Only negative is that they ran out of gloves but that's not a hang up to decrease the 5 star rating! If you're into crab boils this is your place! The best boil in town in my opinion! Well worth it! Like any other crab boil, you'll need to spend a little money if you really want to get full. So double up on the snow crabs per person possibly with a side of rice and you'll for sure get full! Thee end!

Some of the best crab boil I've had outside of Louisiana! We haven't been there when it's super busy, but service has always been great!

    Is there a happy hour?

I doubt it. Currently they only have beer & wine - not a full bar.

I told her I was making sure there was an outlet before I ordered anything and she responds, "there's one over there and over there for paying customers." I just got there. There's no reason for her to assume I intended to just sit there, but even if I was, is the disrespect and hostility warranted? Couldn't tell you how the drinks are because I left. The last thing I need is to be paying too much for a beer while getting hate from someone I did nothing offensive to. Night Owl is great and the blonde bartender there has an incredible memory, very attentive, and has always been welcoming.
