I never complained loudly or raised my voice so I was shocked by his angry attitude. I explained I had done some research and learned that a service charge is legal when using a CREDIT card, but is NOT when using a DEBIT card. I thought Sluggo's had been a friendly place, but I learned differently tonight. I'm confident I was right, but I realize customers are not always right.
