There was a large party dining at the same time, so maybe that was the reason, but my friend had to get back to work and was getting a bit anxious. She said that her wrap was good. But my salmon salad was amazing! It had a perfectly cooked plant of salmon, with fresh spinach leaves, segments of orange and grapefruit, diced beats and a delicious horseradish dressing. It was served in a bowl, nothing to look at , but so tasty. It think serving it on a plate would have shown off the ingredients better. We had to wait a bit to get our check, too. If you don't have much time, I wouldn't recommend, but if you have time, please try The Bay. (A third member of our party had to leave after ordering her wrap due to a family emergency. There was a lady at the door getting ready to lock the door. I asked her why was she locking the door? She said they close at 10 PM I said good it's 9:44 PM I still have time. She let me in while I was waiting for someone to take my order I was ignored. Some of the stuff was hanging around doing nothing. Then I seen the lady who let me in say something to another lady and she came and told me the store was closed. I had been waiting for someone to take my order for 5 minutes and then I'm told the store is closed when I finally get some help. Oh and that is not it she walked away and never came back. I'm still there waiting so I wave for the lady who let me in to come over because I standing here in shock. I asked her what just happened are you going to take my order or what? It doesn't take long to make another sandwich. She told me they were closed and walked away also. I have never been treated this bad in my life that I can remember, I was ignored and they just walk away. Is it part of their job description to ignore people when they don't want to do the work? The place looks really nice on the outside well light and that was the reason it caught my eye. But I will not be going back, I'll try Mae Velma's I might get better customer service there.
