    Nice pour of Angel Envy

Pretty good experience for a hotel restaurant. Nice casual space to grab a drink and something to eat. Since there were no games going on, the restaurant was pretty quiet. I decided to sit at the bar and have a drink. The bartender gave me a good pour of bourbon which gave me an chance to review the menu. I opted for the pork chop. I've got to say that I was extremely impressed by the chop. It was cooked perfectly and had a wonderful flavor to it. Well done experience.

The actual sandwich is not how menu describes it

Food is great always however the chipotle chicken grilled cheese clearly says SLICED chicken but when you get it it is clearly shredded chicken so it is misleading for sure . Also says chicken breast but it's shredded so could be any part of the chicken .. you should change the description .. but I will say it is good I would have preferred sliced breast

Lauren was amazing! She was so nice and helpful despite having a lot of tables. The cocktails were good. The chip appetizer with French onion dip was awesome. You could cut the hanger steak with a knife, and the lobster and shrimp pasta was so flavorful. The fries seemed over seasoned, but everything else exceeded our expectations. It was packed before a concert, so if you are patient it will be a great experience. It is pretty loud, but we loved the room next to the bar with floor to ceiling windows.

We had breakfast at Craft, in the Trade Hotel, across the street from the fserve forum. It's arranged around a bar with a high ceiling -- which made it loud because of the echoes from people's conversation. I had a delicious short rib hash, a little spicy with paprika, but with nice chunks of succulent meat, very tender. My friend had nicely super crispy bacon (at their request) and the avocado toast was beautiful. Our breakfast actually exceeded our expectations as we chose this restaurant because we could walk to it.

Recently visited Craft before attending the opera with my mom at the Performing Arts Center. We both enjoyed cocktails, the spicy margarita and paloma. And then we decided to share the caesar salad and crispy chicken sandwich and both were excellent! I'll also mention that the modern decor makes for a great ambiance while enjoying your drinks and dinner.

Busy night. Service was slow and second round of drinks never showed up. Order was wrong and hanger steak very tough. Ok place, stay away from hanger though

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. The bartender was awesome. You must try the Craft sauce on the burger. It was fantastic.

The day we came, I didn't have a taste for steak, which unusual for me! I ordered a wedge salad to start and a crab dish instead of steak and both were delicious. Everything was Fresh with great flavor. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very warm and dark but not too dark and cozy but spacious. Our server was very nice. Very attentive. Fabulous restaurant that I recommend when in Milwaukee.

Staff was not prepared at all, actually telling people the guy who usually does speech did not come and they do not know what to say actually. For any alcohol you will buy you will pay in addition which is fine BUT the price for that drink(s) will be surprising you a lot. For 5 sake drinks the bill was around $370. Last two glasses were having less sake than first glasses we were provided, probably because people who already drunk something would not notice the difference. It's ok to have expensive alcohol pairing with high end dinner but in this case the sake was very regular. By the way, at bar 10 steps away from the Dark room (same hotel, same floor, same the floor area) the same sake did cost $23 for two glasses. Well... I understand people try to run business and earn money but everything should not cross some decency borders. These guys did cross the line in my opinion. Alcohol prices are not mentioned in Menu by the way. I do not recommend this place not only due to drinks pricing policy but due to "ok" food/service/price ratio

But parking is paid parking on the street, with spots hard to find. Once the parking situation is resolved, things are great. The vibes inside was awesome - very open, with lots of seating. There seems to be tons of seating options, and outdoor seating as well for when the days are warmer. And for a brewery, the most important thing? The beer, of course! And it was good. We've had their beer before and have always like them. It was great getting some more on draft. Agro pop IPA Yummy!! Panther pale ale OK, but not my fave. I wouldn't get it again. Cheese curds $14 These were delicious, but it did get salty after munching through the plate. We were limiting ourselves to just one drink, and needed more drinks or another food item to mediate our tastebuds. I'd order again with a proper meal or with more booze. Service was super nice, though not quite polished, which I don't mind at all. Points for a nice smilze!

My chicken pesto melt was super flavorful and felt light since the chicken was grilled and the focaccia bun was nice and soft. Fries were average bar fries. David's chicken sandwich was huge! He didn't like the pickles that were on it, or the garlic aioli but chicken and bun were good. I wasn't a fan of my sour (Punch Kissed Parasol) but David enjoyed his beer (Falk Bock). Service was great!
