I love the community and the fact that people make an effort to get to know each other. In a city as big as Denver, that is very hard to come by. I also love that there is no talk of weight loss, diets, calories, or being thin in the classes. Fierce45 takes a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on mindset and strength building rather than looking a certain way. Not every studio does this so it is much appreciated. Thanks to Fierce45, I also now have core strength that I never thought possible! I no longer dread when planks are cued. You simply cannot find a better workout for building strength or endurance. I will forever recommend Fierce45 to anyone and everyone.
