I love the community and the fact that people make an effort to get to know each other. In a city as big as Denver, that is very hard to come by. I also love that there is no talk of weight loss, diets, calories, or being thin in the classes. Fierce45 takes a holistic approach to fitness that focuses on mindset and strength building rather than looking a certain way. Not every studio does this so it is much appreciated. Thanks to Fierce45, I also now have core strength that I never thought possible! I no longer dread when planks are cued. You simply cannot find a better workout for building strength or endurance. They all are a wealth of knowledge that get me more fit, more flexible, turn me into a better athlete. They offer an incredibly wide range of classes: Lift classes, pure burn HIIT classes, kettlebells, mobility, kickboxing, open gym times... all are so efficient and pack so much good work in! They throw in a "Good job, champ!" or a "One more rep, superstar!" It's as if Michael Scott traded his Dundie Awards for a fitness certification. The "Altitude and HITT" class is our Dundies night. We leave feeling cooler than a Schrute beet, flexing muscles like we're auditioning for the regional paper salesman calendar. The ambiance, well, it's no Dunder Mifflin, but it's something. Rope lights, dark rooms like Stanley's disinterest, and the walls, well, they're there, like Toby in HR. Traverse Fitness: where coolness collides with the mundane, just like a day at Dunder Mifflin. No contract 3. No hidden fees 5. Low key 6. Has parking (free) but lot is small, there is a back lot if front lot is full. both tend to get full during peak times. Cons: not 24hrs 2. Earliest time they are open is 5am m-f 3. Equipment is older, worn grips, cracked/torn padding 4. Not much for ab workout or warm up 5. Music is too loud, inconsistent 6. Locker room is very small 7. Equipment is packed in a small area. This makes it hard to move around and not be in peoples way. 8. Most staff is friendly, but less focused on the guests and more focused on their social club including trainers and owner. 9. Staff do not enforce gym floor Rules of Conduct/etiquette (dogs, social media filming, bags in already crowded gym floor space, people taking up equipment while chatting on their phone, ..) 9. all for around $90 a month for a standard membership.

All the coaches deserve immense praise for their unwavering dedication and professionalism. Their friendly and positive energy is contagious and they'ree always available to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure members feel comfortable and are maximizing their potential. E3 has an inclusive and supportive community.
