I'm obsessed. This was my first time doing a full-on contrast therapy session in a dedicated suite. Great job to the SWTHZ social media team for ad-targeting me to take advantage of their $45 intro session deal. I found parking around the corner and made it just in time for Taylor to give me a thorough rundown of my room and best practices. I didn't know what to expect but felt calm instantly. I did two rounds of sauna, shower, and cold plunge. There's a timer and TV you can use, with a hair dryer and curling iron available in the main hallway. It's a little far for me to have a regular membership until the Tennyson location opens up, but I'll definitely use this as a little treat to myself once in awhile!

I really enjoyed my time here. The private rooms are great with the saunas and cold plunge. Moses always remembered me when I came in and was helpful. My one challenge was the membership. I signed up for 4x/month and they told me there's no commitment and it's easy to cancel 30 days before the next charge. I knew I only wanted to do one month to start, so I signed up, and then emailed the same day that I didn't want to renew it for the next month (to make sure I had it in writing). The response I got was that they'd pause my membership for the next month and start it back up a month after that. Um...no. I didn't say anything about wanting to pause, I wanted to cancel. So then they said that I was too late to cancel for the next month, but I could cancel after paying for two months. So frustrating! After some back and forth, they finally cancelled it, but the experience made me decide to sadly not renew my membership. I'm still giving it a 4 due to the experience apart from the billing.

Very cool experience, especially with a friend. The private rooms are really nice and well thought out. Employees were great and helpful and gave us a quick tour and rundown of the suggested schedule. You can play your own music or choose from their selection. The sauna was relaxing and they give you a cold scented compress which is a nice touch. Cold bath was clean and yes- cold. Showers were nice and they offer good soap/shampoo/conditioner products. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was how harsh the timer is at the end of your session. It was a bit jarring after a nice relaxing experience to hear a lot of shrill beeping. Another challenge was parking. They do have a retail parking garage but we went at an odd hour and the garage was closed so had to circle around the block a few times to find street parking. I'm glad to have tried this place out. It's a little far for me to go regularly but nice to know it's there, and would make a great gift experience for friends/family.

This is a unique place and great for consistent health care and or a fun date place. Staff are welcoming. You get a private room with sauna, vitamin c shower and ice bath. It was a cool experience and I recommend it.

I scheduled my 25 min foot bath at 1:30p and then the 50 min salt cave session at 2p. From the moment I walked in I was warmly greeted. Checked in immediately, as I had entered all voucher info ahead of time. I was escorted back to the foot bath suite of 3 (and was by myself) was taken great care of by the very knowledgeable and friendly staff. She was training someone and they both were kind and just made me feel so comfortable. Once that was done and the ion thingy did its thing - she went over all the different colors and things we saw in the water. Super interesting. Then I was led to the salt caves and was wowed! Soooo pretty and relaxing. Again I was by myself so it was even more relaxing, but I wished I had all my friends with me - because it is very neat. Kicked back in the lounge chair with a blanket and just breathed in all the good air. That was Friday afternoon; it is now Sunday morning and I just finished a workout and STILL feel light on my feet!! Can't wait to go back!

The salt room itself is beautifully calming--between the soft stars on the ceiling and the soothing music, it was the perfect place to just unwind. The session lasts 50 minutes, and we loved that we could just put our phones away & it turned into a space where we could just sit, breathe, and reset. We both came in feeling a bit stuffy and curious to see if the salt would help, and we truly noticed a difference afterward! Overall, it was a peaceful, rejuvenating experience, and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax and recharge!

They have single rooms, couple rooms, and two rooms with an share opened door so you can see your friend in the other room. The only thing we didn't like about this place, as well as their other studio in Boulder, is that they don't give you free bottle of water. They sell water instead. Why? Considering how much you'll be sweating in the sauna, the least they can do to enhance the experience is giving you water. Good thing we brought water with us so we wouldn't dried out!

With privacy in mind and a state of serenity (the lighting in the suite puts you in the mood!), the sessions can be enjoyed alone (great for solitude) or like us, get a suite with the tandem door open, we squeezed in a much needed gossip session while sweating away! The cooling, essential oil doused COLD towel (used at the end but given to you at the beginning) is the ultimate enjoyment! DON'T FORGET YOUR WATER. Or buy one from the studio, you want to stay hydrated. We booked a 40 minute session, going against the advice that 30 minutes are perfect for beginners - we had to call it quits at around 35, lol. We were started off at 140F. The pods remind me of wood fire pizza burners, haha. They can slide up and down and are lined with tons of towels, very hygienic. And I had no safety worries as all staff was wearing masks the entire time. Plus with the high temp I'd think all virus would be diminished. We started sweating buckets around 10 minutes in. It is beyond the most extreme cardio sesh you can think of. My friend said at the end that I was glowing, so I guess the detoxing worked! One advice would be to bring layers to change into in case you get so hot out of the session but it's cold outside of the studio. CYL has a lot of cute merchandise too and various packages and memberships, come check it out!
