The vitamin c shower was awesome! Denver has such hard water and I could definitely tell a difference. The shampoo smells sooo good, apparently it is manufactured by Sephora specifically for SwtHz! The cold plunge was INTENSE. I was so shocked the first time I went in! I toughed it out and I'm glad I did- I felt so energized and refreshed after a couple cycles. To make this place even better, they offer Dyson air wraps and hairdryers for styling. I did an hour session consisting of 2 intervals of sauna for 20mins and ice bath for 5-10, then ended with a quick shower. I truly felt so amazing during the experience and after. The amenities were clean and appreciated that they even have a little beauty station with mirrors, dry shampoo, hair ties and a blow dryer. Definitely worth a try.

You shower first in a large open shower and then climb through a little door into your tank- they provide waxy earplugs and a little light you can bring in with you- I preferred turning it off to have the full experience- you go into a different state- I felt like I was floating in space. I think I may have fallen asleep briefly but was just so relaxed! And the after- like getting the massage of a lifetime- which I e found pretty hard to find! Being able to do things without pain has been so amazing. I went on a trip and knew that I wouldn't have been able to do a lot of the things I did without Pilates. I have flat feet and an extra bone in one foot. My whole body is misaligned because of it and I have had several injuries that are exacerbated by the severe pronation. Working out has always been difficult, pulling muscles easily, spraining my ankles constantly, and knees slipping out of place with barely any force. Pilates has made it possible for me to strengthen, align, and improve every part of my body, allowing me to live a more functional life, all while in grippy ankle socks. I can't wait to see how the next six months go! The instructors are really nice as well and the community is amazing. Emily, I know it's early for a review. As for some of the reviews stating that they gave a bad rating due to the community style of treatment and issues that arise from It like noise... if you do not want to do community style treatment, do not go there. Don't rate a business poorly due the fact that you chose to have treatment there and then didn't like the style of a community-based room. They are very upfront about this. It makes it affordable to treat this as necessary for better healing. If you want to private room go and pay $160 per treatment.

It saddens me to update a once 5 star review with a 1 star, however the cleanliness of this place…read morehas me concerned so here goes.... When I started going I researched and learned that women should soak in approximately 53 degree water and I loved R3 because they had 3 different temps and one was around that temp. As I continued to go, I noticed the temperatures were all going to colder options. When I asked the front desk she explained that it was due to "so many bodies being in the water and the bacteria was too hard to keep up on so we have to keep it colder". Um...yuck. After hearing that I couldn't go back. I don't think the water is changed very often which would certainly be an answer for the bacteria, no? I also saw a customer come out of the sauna and not get in the shower before getting into the tub, so I mentioned to her that it was a rule of the club that everyone shower first. She told me that she and many others do not bother with it. The front desk person heard our conversation but didn't come to assist or ensure showers were happening. She did thank me for policing the other customer, though I was not very effective. Soaker beware!

They sell you $149 membership and then offer promotions at 1/2 price memberships and one-time…read morevisits. It gets so busy that you can't book or on waiting list. Not sure if 12-14 people in a relatively small sauna space even safe.
