Being able to do things without pain has been so amazing. I went on a trip and knew that I wouldn't have been able to do a lot of the things I did without Pilates. I have flat feet and an extra bone in one foot. My whole body is misaligned because of it and I have had several injuries that are exacerbated by the severe pronation. Working out has always been difficult, pulling muscles easily, spraining my ankles constantly, and knees slipping out of place with barely any force. Pilates has made it possible for me to strengthen, align, and improve every part of my body, allowing me to live a more functional life, all while in grippy ankle socks. I can't wait to see how the next six months go! The instructors are really nice as well and the community is amazing. Emily, I know it's early for a review. The sales person Ava was very, very nice and walked her through the promotional deal. My daughter told her she needed to talk to her mom. She was told that the deal was only available at the time, immediately following the free class. She felt pressured even after expressing her needed for my approval (and to use my credit card). Unfortunately, she signed the contract (she was 19 so legally allowed to sign). Later that day, I learned what she did and pointed out she couldn't afford the monthly unlimited package and it didn't work for her return to fall semester. She talked the sales person and they offered her the 8 classes per month. It still didn't work for her schedule and was too expensive. The next day, 6/17 she asked to talk to the sales person about her membership and canceling when she was at the studio. They texted her on 6/17 and said Ava would get back to her on 6/18 and Ava never got back to her. At this time on 6/18, she could have cancelled the contract by doing so in writing but they ghosted her. It took me texting, calling, and finally stopping in the studio, and another call for Ava to get back to me, over a week later. While I know my daughter was of legal age to sign the contract, she also was within the 3 days to cancel. The sweet sales pitch (especially after explicitly stating she needed to talk to her mom) feels manipulative and predatory. I have offered to pay market rate for the classes she took and call it good. They are unyielding and insist she will be held to the contract. I regret not doing my due diligence on Club Pilates when I told her to check it out for the summer. I have now seen voluminous complaints about Club Pilates and a few about this location on google, yelp and reddit. I have filed a disputed and received a refund my my credit card company. I am trying to work it through the regional manager but I guess will also pursue BBB, Co attorney general and small claims court if needed.

I am an avid equestrian and all around active individual, and was desperate to get my strength back, but needed more guidance and apparently more of a push then the two physical therapists I tried could give me. I have been doing one on one reformer sessions with Lindsey for six months now, and I feel like my body is mine again! I'm back in the saddle, and starting to run and hike like I used to. My pain is greatly reduced. I appreciate that Lindsey pushes me, but is compassionate about my fitness journey. I think that Pilates on a reformer is a great addition to any fitness regimen that absolutely everyone could benefit from, whether you're coming back from an injury or looking to add variety and challenge to your routine. I've done Lagree for a few years so not new to this. The machines were a bit odd, I know everyone likes to modify these for their special brand of Lagree but I didn't like the way these were modified. I took 3 classes, two were just bad, a random set of exercises that didn't seem to cohesively go together, and one was just OK. I didn't feel the instructors were that experienced or paid attention to the people, everyone was doing something slightly different. It feels like some movements were just there for the coolness factor but they didn't really create a workout or make sense. There is a right way to do a move and there are adjustments that can be made but I just didn't get a good workout here.

I think this gym is more known for being one of the few (maybe only?) places that offers LaGree…read morepilates, but I must add you should NOT sleep on their climb classes using the VersaClimber. Brock was such a nice instructor, helping me out with the set up and going over the basics. The class itself is 30 minutes, and is such an efficient way to get a good cardio workout in. It's a full body, high intensity workout that will leave you breathless. You "climb" to the beat of the music so it's fun and engaging and before you know it, you're ready to tackle your day with your workout out of the way. They offer a ton of classes throughout the day to accommodate any schedule. The studio itself is very nice/clean. They provide sweat towels and ear plugs (if desired). Everyone at the front desk with whom I have interacted has been very pleasant. The only downside to this particular location is no parking, but that's par for the course for downtown Denver... not the studio's fault. I prefer the early AM classes when street parking is free and available.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with this business was extremely…read moredisappointing. My mother and I purchased a Megaformer for $5,500. Before purchasing, I went to the studio, looked at the available machines in person, and specifically selected Megaformer #8. I photographed the machine, and through multiple text messages and emails, it was confirmed that #8 was the machine we were purchasing. In fact, before I even submitted payment, I sent a photo of the exact machine and stated, "It was number 8. This sexy little number right here." When there was concern that another customer may have purchased it, I waited while the owner checked. She then confirmed that the other customer had not purchased #8 and told me I could send payment for that machine. We then paid the full $5,500. Months later, immediately before pickup, I again emailed specifically to verify that we had purchased Reformer #8 before hiring professional movers. The response I received was: "That is correct, everything is marked for her." Despite multiple confirmations by both text and email, when we arrived for pickup, we were given a completely different Megaformer. The machine we received was visibly not the machine I had selected, photographed, and purchase and much more worn. I contacted the owner afterward and provided the photographs, text messages, and emails documenting everything. Rather than acknowledging that a mix-up had occurred and working toward a reasonable resolution, the response became defensive, and I was repeatedly told that I had "misinformation," despite having the written correspondence showing exactly what had been agreed upon. Mistakes happen. My biggest issue isn't simply that the wrong machine was given to us; it's how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer pays $5,500 for a specific machine that has been repeatedly confirmed in writing through both texts and emails, I believe the business should take responsibility when the customer ultimately receives something different. I have retained the photographs, emails, and text messages documenting the entire transaction. Unfortunately, based on my experience and how this was handled, I cannot recommend this business
