Soooo good! Best Pilates studio I've been to. After multiple injuries I decided to do Pilates again…read moreand this was a way diff experience than the other "corporate" studios I've been to. Highly highly recommend!!

Calling all those who hate their bodies!…read more This place is super great. I dragged my sorry behind in here to work with MaryJo. At the time, I was so angry at my body that everytime I began serious workout schedule, I over did it and ended up with a sprained ankle, foot, etc. MaryJo is a trainer but also a therapist. Through her guidance, I was able to gently return to a state of peace with my body- and yes, I developed rock hard abs as well. MaryJo is really unusual because she brings a different element to working out- one that includes your mind and your spirit. Working with her is not like working with another trainer. When you feel most frustrated and tense, she stops you and asks whats going on. She uses her clinical training to probe into the the disconnects of mind, body and spirit. She's not just a trainer who stands there and counts 1-8. In addition, she can tell from my poses which parts of me are weaker than others and she adjusts our workouts to strengthen my weakest points. I have only done private sessions with her. But I know she is opening classes on mediation and workouts. I hope to try some of those out. I'm damn well pleased to be working out with her. If you are at your wits end with your body, this is the place to go.

Being able to do things without pain has been so amazing. I went on a trip and knew that I wouldn't have been able to do a lot of the things I did without Pilates. I have flat feet and an extra bone in one foot. My whole body is misaligned because of it and I have had several injuries that are exacerbated by the severe pronation. Working out has always been difficult, pulling muscles easily, spraining my ankles constantly, and knees slipping out of place with barely any force. Pilates has made it possible for me to strengthen, align, and improve every part of my body, allowing me to live a more functional life, all while in grippy ankle socks. I can't wait to see how the next six months go! The instructors are really nice as well and the community is amazing. Emily, I know it's early for a review. Im just obsessed and wanted to make your morning! Cheers!

Through a few private lessons with Greyce (who introduced me to the whole concept) I'm constantly looking forward to more reformer sessions and potentially group classes. Terrell is the only good teacher at this studio. I don't know if she owns this franchise or not…read more but if she does, she needs to pay more attention to who she hires. I have an unlimited "passport" membership which means I can go to any Club Pilates in the country. I live in Fort Worth and the Club I go to is unusually amazing. The instructors are excellent! engaged, well trained, detailed in their instruction and their classes are varied. Meaning they use the reformers, the chairs, the TRX, and the boxes. Multiple instructors have a cult following. The instructors pride themselves on being creative, varied, knowledgeable, and making the classes so enticing that all classes are full. But my daughter and her family live in Arvada and we visit frequently. The Wadsworth location is most convenient for me. But going forward, regardless of the long drive, I will go to Boulder where the classes are better. The Arvada studio has instructors who are the absolute opposite of my home studio. The instructors are disinterested, not engaged, boring, not creative, burned out, giving the vibe that they just want the class to end. And it is obvious. They are just going through the motions and doing the least amount they can to just finish. It is so much of a drag that you never want to go back. Think monotone, basic, instruction if there is any instruction at all. Many "instructors" ( if you want to call them that) will just do mundane, routine moves on the reformers and only the reformers. There is no effort to use other equipment or mix up the routines. And it is obvious they are bored themselves. There is absolutely no enthusiasm to speak of.

The studio is large and clean and they have a ton of equipment. Workout was good and staff was…read morefriendly. Seemed like a bit too much small talk/side convo for me at 6am but that's just me and my preference. Large shared parking lot so parking shouldn't be an issue.
