It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

After traveling for the first half of March, I was happy to return and attend a barre class but my app showed I was no longer a member, I called expressing my concern, the front desk associate tried to be supportive but was unable to help me, she told me I would receive a call from the owners later, and I did not. It's now April andI understand my membership is no longer active, my point is, YOU WILL be forced to pay for a month of membership you do not have access to and that's not made clear.

Maybe a little too bright/warm in some area, but better than no windows. They have a retail area AND a kids area! I've never seen that before, but that's cool for moms. Gwen, the instructor, was mindful that everyone's body is at different stage and to listen to our body. Challenge it, but also listen. It was actually a really great workout and thought I could've pushed myself more. Gwen brought the energy to everyone and kept saying "it's spicy" meaning our legs or arms burning. Definitely good vibes in this studio.

Right now there are also going a deal for new members, for $100 you get unlimited classes for a month. If you attend class 3x a week after a month you'll be super toned.

It's a great schedule of work-outs every week from Zumba, Cardio Dance, Hip Hop- these classes have me singing and dancing all day. If you really want a workout- then try Ripped and Force. Pi-Yo is a blend of pilates and yoga- not my favorite class- but my body needs it. Sonia's Barre Burn class always has me sore the next day. I love the flexibility of taking different classes and they are always learning new work outs to add or new dances to the work outs. Don't worry if you can't dance- I am not a dancer and I am always in back trying to get the moves down- but since I started going - I feel better about myself and find that I really enjoy working out. The best thing about Spark is there is a class for everyone! If you live in Evergreen - check out Spark Fitness. I am glad I did. The Zumbathon party they had was one of the best events in Evergreen. I could only leave a message; I was unable to speak to a human being. This does not work for me at all. I did leave a message and am awaiting a return call. This is really poor business practice, in my opinion. It is not clear from the website. I have been to several local pools only to find out - surprize! Not enough lifeguards, no slides during the week, etc, etc. I have guests coming in from out of town. I need confirmed activities.

This is the worst place you can work. They treat their staff like absolute shit with horrible…read moremanagement, or lack there of, and no solutions or effort to fix long time problems. The only good part is you get paid decently. But the "management" is chaotically disorganized, dishonest, and ultimately horrific. They fail to staff their facilities well if at all most time and will completely disregard your availability. As a former lifeguard, we don't want to be like this either. If we don't kick guests out of lap for not swimming laps, or take our eyes off the water to make sure your crying son is okay, we get punished. Blame management not the guards, we're just as annoyed as you. This facility is also incredibly dirty, as they only allow 30 minutes of cleaning. The water, floors, and overall facility is disgusting. Senior guards 99% of the time don't help, and don't enforce cleaning on the guards either.
