It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

I get you give your employees the opportunity to go to classes. Yet it is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to reschedule or make the deadline before you have to pay. I dread getting a hold of anyone there. Maybe start a text option or stagger your staff times. Don't get me started on "a manger will call you, the owner will call" just answer the call.

Maybe a little too bright/warm in some area, but better than no windows. They have a retail area AND a kids area! I've never seen that before, but that's cool for moms. Gwen, the instructor, was mindful that everyone's body is at different stage and to listen to our body. Challenge it, but also listen. It was actually a really great workout and thought I could've pushed myself more. Gwen brought the energy to everyone and kept saying "it's spicy" meaning our legs or arms burning. Definitely good vibes in this studio.

The studio is clean, I much prefer the floor to ceiling windows while working out so you get lots of bright natural light. I brought my 4 month old son once and the lady was great that was watching him. I'm a bit of a helicopter mom and I felt super comfortable knowing he was right next door and she would come and grab me if there were any issues. As for the actual class itself, definitely one of the best I've ever taken. I usually am the person who hates gyms and group classes because I get bored easily. This class will keep you on your toes though and it works your entire core. The instructor is also great at helping adjust your alignment without singling you out. Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I highly recommend checking out a class. The first class is free! Right now there are also going a deal for new members, for $100 you get unlimited classes for a month. If you attend class 3x a week after a month you'll be super toned.

It's a great schedule of work-outs every week from Zumba, Cardio Dance, Hip Hop- these classes have me singing and dancing all day. If you really want a workout- then try Ripped and Force. Pi-Yo is a blend of pilates and yoga- not my favorite class- but my body needs it. Sonia's Barre Burn class always has me sore the next day. I love the flexibility of taking different classes and they are always learning new work outs to add or new dances to the work outs. Don't worry if you can't dance- I am not a dancer and I am always in back trying to get the moves down- but since I started going - I feel better about myself and find that I really enjoy working out. The best thing about Spark is there is a class for everyone! If you live in Evergreen - check out Spark Fitness. I am glad I did. The Zumbathon party they had was one of the best events in Evergreen.
