Showed me around the studio and helped me get setup with what I needed for class. The 6:30 class had a bunch of people but it wasn't full which was nice. There are several different class formats to help you get a well rounded workout, but they're all just the right amount of doable and challenging, and all low impact (injury friendly!). The atmosphere and staff are super welcoming, and the instructors are supportive and helpful, offering personal modifications if needed. I've been taking classes at this studio for about 4 years and love it. They've helped me recover from multiple knee surgeries, and while the class formats are familiar, each one is different so even after a decade of these classes, I'm not bored! I highly and regularly recommend pure barre.

This is family and a MOVEMENT with a BIG MISSIOn that inspires everyone to be themselves, to express their unique quirks and personalities through movement and that you don't have to be a dancer or professionally trained at all in order to feel amazing about yourself and most importantly to just have fun!!! The studio is easy to access (from any direction in town) and has a large parking lot. As it's just off the beaten path traffic and parking constraints are not an issue. The studio is sparkling clean and there are always refreshing beverages to enjoy if you forget your water or tea at home. Sometimes there are treats too! Forgot your socks or want a stylish new top or leggings? They have those available too! Bolder Pilates has also been known to have fun events over the years - some in studio and some in local parks. Hooks near the entrance as well as an area for footwear lend a homey feel and let you stow your stuff nearby when attending class. While my first and fave instructor was Lexi I have met many others over the years. The owner, Donna is also a wonderful, knowledgeable, motivating and welcoming instructor. The group classes I've attended had about 5-6 students. Being in a class of this size ensures not only wonderful personalized instruction but also our safety which is very important and often overlooked at studios that just pack em in like sardines. Instruction is clear and the knowledge and expertise the staff have of the musculoskeletal system is evident. Incorporating Pilates into my wellness practice gives me a better sense and strength of my center, posture, and peace of mind. With an improved posture I feel on top of the world and ready to tackle whatever life throws at me next.

A Transformative Pilates Experience with Maria at Club Pilates Longmont!…read more I can't say enough great things about Club Pilates in Longmont, especially about the incredible instructor Maria! From the moment class began, Maria exuded a warm, professional energy that immediately put everyone at ease. Her guidance was spot-on -- she provided clear, thoughtful cues that helped me really connect with each movement, and consistently reminded us to focus on our breath work, which made a huge difference in how I felt during and after class. The workout itself was the perfect balance -- challenging yet totally achievable. I left feeling stronger, more grounded, and completely invigorated. Maria has a gift for making everyone feel supported, regardless of experience level. Her attention to detail and encouraging style pushed me to go just a little further, without ever feeling overwhelmed. She's one of those instructors you instantly trust -- her knowledge, presence, and joy for teaching shine through in every moment. Honestly, I'd follow Maria anywhere -- she's that good. Whether you're a Pilates newbie or a seasoned practitioner, I wholeheartedly recommend checking out Club Pilates Longmont and booking a class with Maria. You won't regret it!

The building housing the studio is quite large and contains several businesses within it's walls. Don't be tempted by the main door for the building, the studio has it's own door on the north side. Upon entering there's seating, clothing to peruse, free tea, malas, and natural deodorant. Bonus: there's a really funny book on men doing yoga in kilts. You really could spend a whole afternoon here. I checked in with Rose at the front desk, completed my waiver and stowed my belongings in the little cubbies near the changing rooms. The class room itself is just beautiful. Wooden floor, lots of windows, a small stage, and calming artwork. The acoustics are also good. Rose played some sweet jams which set a fun tone for class. Despite years of being upside down (gymnastics, acro yoga, etc.) I felt a bit like a baby horse in this class. Turns out silks don't come naturally to me at all. No worries tho, Rose was there for the rescue. She offered a variety of modifications for how to get into and out of the silks and poses. Classmates were friendly and didn't laugh despite my grunts of discomfort (who knew there'd be a surprise facial release where the silks supported my body). I'll definitely be coming back to check out more of their offerings.

What better way to discover and experience new yoga styles then going with a fellow yoga teacher & taking this awesome class together ;) I do appreciate the 'intro to aerial yoga' session to get acquainted with how things work and basically allowing your body to be comfortable with the silk and suspension. I am use to a more rigorous yoga flow and, though this intro class was pleasant & helpful, I wouldn't recommend it to those wanting an intermediate or advance type session. With that said, it was the perfect pace and difficulty level to gain the basic skills to utilize and build upon to eventually become an aerial expert. After that intro, I feel that I'm personally set to take it up a notch, though one more intro class with the girls would be icing on the learning curve cake. The space is also very welcoming. The layout isn't something I'm use to for a yoga studio but it works out nicely. It's clean and has a homey feel upon entering. They also offer many other courses and special events that may entice you. Just remember to sign up online & save yourself a spot @ the class you'd like to take. It's currently half off for first time visitors and I've also seen a great living social deal for Figure Yoga that may still be available- always a good choice if your local to this place. Definitely go on their site & give them a call for more info.
