This gym is fancy! Love the interior (restrooms are super chic and clean and even has shower rooms). Due to Covid, the spinning classes are now outdoor and it's perfect for fall weather. The instructors are awesome and they even provide u with headphones so u can spin with the music and listen to the instructions. Spinning with headphones and fall leaves with a Boulder view, can't complain! They also provide other outdoor fitness classes. Yoga was right after our spin class and it looks great as well. The class size is relatively small and they make sure to keep at least 6 ft between each person. I would come back for more, definitely! read more

I loved the amount of choice and rigor you get when you visit Kondition! Kondition is tucked away in a plaza with lots of parking so you don't have to worry about missing your classes in search of the closest lot. The studio is only a year old so it's gorgeous and thoughtfully structured. The locker rooms have yummy smelling products and pristinely decorated showers, towels, and lockers. They even have a coffee and tea bar for you to relax post ride or get energized before a class. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. Our instructor had a high energy and was willing to get off her bike at any point to assist spinners. What's unique about their studio is the options you have for classes. They have yoga, spin, and strength based classes - or the combinations of the two i.e. 30minutes of spin and 30 minutes of circuit weight training. Their spin is more based on RPMs than choreography. They even have an option for complete spin that's solely based on RPMs and no choreography. Hands down best gym I have ever been a member of. The owner is incredibly accommodating to any needs you may have, and she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the gym offers challenging classes at the time of day that works best for you. The instructions will challenge your physical abilities, but they always give alternative movements to fit your needs. They also take the time to know your name so they can encourage you during class. I have been coming here for over a year, and even during the pandemic this space always felt safe. I absolutely love coming here. It is the best all around place for fitness classes. They have three studio spaces for yoga, cycling, and strength and conditioning classes. The amenities are some of the best in Boulder too. I sometimes come to take a class just because I love there showers so much My favorite teacher is Angie! She is the best. I've never been one for group classes in a gym,  always doing my own thing and believing that yardwork, running, biking, and swimming on my own was adequate. Unfortunately as I aged, my body did so as well and it wasn't enough to keep me fit enough that i didn't hurt after activities. In fact, i was always in some level of back pain. In my case, the back pain was caused by previously undiagnosed scoliosis. Barre classes were recommended as a non-invasive resolution for the back pain. I Tried Barre and realized that it actually helped! The instructors take the time to ensure proper form and movement to prevent injury. Ater several classes,  I realized that the Barre classes have not only relieved the pain, they made my core stronger which is better for my back. In addition to the Barre classes, i have also participated in the Cycle, Yoga and Strength classes for a well-rounded fitness program to include strength, aerobic, and flexibility. A year ago,  I was concerned about long-term life activities, thinking i would have to stop many activities i enjoyed. Now, I am actually training for a marathon pain(ish) free.  The instructors at Kondition are all top notch ... they take the time to get to know you so you you feel a part of something instead of just another number. The classes are challenging and never repetitive... no way to ever get bored of taking a class from the same instructor. THE BEST STUDIO IN BOULDER! I've lived here twenty years, and I've tried a lot of places (Rally, Colorado Athletic Club, Mecha, Body Dynamics, Core Power Yoga, Pure Barre, Define, boot camps and even the N. Boulder Rec Center). None of them can hold a candle to Kondition. The facility is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, the instructors are absolutely top notch, the class sizes are small, and the bath towels are even soft and cushy! The best, best part, however, is the huge variety of classes! I get bored pretty easily, and I can't imagine ever getting into a rut at Kondition. I just finished my first week, and I actually had to stop myself from working out too much and overdoing it (NOT a problem I usually have!). Joining Kondition was, hands down, the best decision I could have made for myself. From the moment you walk in, you immediately notice it's not like any gym you've ever been too. For starters, it looks and feels like a spa. There aren't loud TV's or speakers blaring, and you are greeted by someone at the front desk who knows your name. They offer a wide range of classes in their 3 workout rooms, including 2 types of spin, static & dynamic yoga, barre, strength and high-intensity. There are lots of gyms in town that offer those classes, but the stars are the trainers. They get to know you, your goals, your injury history, and work with you during class to make sure you're safe. (I myself have a history of bad ankles, but in working with the trainers they have helped me strengthen that area, which has mitigated the pain immensely!) Finally, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their focus on mindfulness. At other gyms, you show up, do your workout, and go on with your life. But at Kondition they know that inner strength is just as important as physical. Every trainer encourages you to be present, to set goals for yourself, and to act with intention. This is the prettiest gym in Boulder! I really enjoy coming here because everything is so nice, new, clean and they have all the cool props you need for classes! I also love the fact that I can choose between so many different classes, from spinning, barre, strength, HIIT, yoga, dance and a mix of other classes. They even have this amazing foam rolling class that hits all those sore spots from hard workouts. There are 3 rooms for classes so there's lots of options. And the locker rooms are super sweet! Great smelling products to use during showers and while getting ready afterwards. You can also grab yourself a Wonder Press Juice after class while looking at all their beautiful workout gear and other retail they sell! Love this place! read more

This place is changing my life. As a mom of 3 I neglected myself for years until my oldest started high school and life was changing rapidly and I didn't know how to manage the increase in parenting stress. A friend brought me to a spin class at Kondition and I was hooked immediately. First I was surprised that I could even do it at all. Getting in shape when you're completely out of shape is HARD. Intimidation and shame can be involved. But the moment I walked in those doors I felt welcome, and I quickly learned that with the cycle classes I could get out of it whatever I put into it. It was up to me to put in whatever resistance I could handle. I've been a member for a month now and I feel great, I'm nowhere near where I want to be but I'm so far ahead of where I started, already. I've since tried yoga here as well as barre and dance cardio...the classes are all very challenging but fun, and again- not out of reach for someone coming in at ground zero. All of the instructors are down to earth, professional, inspiring, lovely people. The whole facility is beautiful, I cannot even imagine the amount of thought and work that has been poured into Kondition. I went to a yoga pop-up taught by Lisa, and it was incredibly well run and insightful. I really enjoyed her flow and her hands-on adjusts. She was focused on explaining the proper form for each pose and how to best protect your joints and strengthen your muscles. Her flow was really intricate and fun, and I would highly recommend her class to someone with any amount of yoga experience. She had a very calming presence and her euphonic voice really allowed me to enter a place of zen that I have not experienced else where. read more

I had such an amazing experience at kondition! I heard about the grand opening so I went for a free yoga class during that weekend. When I walked into the studio I was greeted by such a friendly receptionist! She told me about everything that was going on and gave me a bunch of options for classes to take. I wondered around and explored a bit before my class started and I was so impressed with the bathroom/locker room! It was SO lovely and the showers look like a nice spa retreat area. They have a large amount of bathroom products for everyone's convenience which was very nice. My yoga class with Sasha was so relaxing! I felt so calm and my body felt great afterwards. I loved kondition so much that a few days later, I woke up at 5am on the Fourth of July and drove from downtown Denver to a HIT Class there! Jessica was the trainer and she did such an amazing job. I definitely felt like I started the morning off right and I was sore for 5 days after the class. I thought I was working out efficiently before I went to kondition but after experiencing their amazing classes with their trainers I don't know how I will work out without them! They also had a really great refrigerator stocked with fresh healthy juices and other amazing drink options! I'm really excited to go back and try out the cycling, kardio yoga, and barre classes :) the staff is so kind and it really feels like such a welcoming environment. read more
