I can't say enough wonderful things about Lagroove. I started going to Lagroove since they first opened and offered their community classes. I feel like I took one class and then never stopped going. I didn't realize how effective their high intensity low impact classes would be, I was able to see results in as little as two weeks. But not only that, one of the things I love most about Lagroove is the community feel I found at the studio. Tate, the owner, is a wonderful person and has such great energy. The same thing goes for all the teachers, they all want to get to know you and everyone is so inclusive. All the teachers all level 2 certified and I feel very safe when doing the exercises as they are constantly making sure I am doing the exercises right in order to avoid injury. Honestly, it's always a party going to Lagroove!! not only do I feel accomplished after the intense workout but I always leave feeling energized by being around amazing people! I truly wish I could give Lagroove more than 5 stars. I am SO grateful for this space and community. I am a mama of two young kiddos, and finding Lagroove has given me the safe space to nourish my mind and body weekly. I was totally out of shape. Had never done Lagree. I was very intimidated and nervous. I took the time to reach out to share my concerns, and Tate (owner) responded to me with the most genuine, thoughtful response. Among many other things, she assured me that Lagroove was an ego-free, safe, uplifting space in which she was confident I would flourish. She was so right. My fears went away the second I entered the studio. It's so inviting and the atmosphere is full of FUN. Every teacher has always met me with support and encouragement, making me feel strong and empowered. I always leave excited to return. Lagroove is the best Lagree studio I've ever been to! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel at home. Each instructor makes a point to welcome you, know your name, and any injuries/modifications for your workout. The instructors are all Level 2 Lagree certified and you can tell! The classes are intelligently sequenced and create an effective low impact workout. I leave Lagroove feeling strong each time, knowing that tomorrow I'm going to be so sore! The space itself is beautiful and clean. Every part of the design is cohesive and you can tell so much thought was put into every piece. There are tons of classes on the schedule so you can always find a time that fits your schedule and the membership has lots of great perks! read more

This is not only an incredible workout -- but it's also really fun, soulful and energizing. Every instructor is strong in their technique and also has a unique and sparkling personality. I feel so encouraged and uplifted every time I go -- and it is one of the most challenging workouts I've ever done. Within a month of coming a few times a week, my body has already changed more than with any other technique... or any other Lagree studio. The studio is so clean and so cute -- with little touches like a disco ball, vintage chairs and magazines, and bright colors, and the music is always great. I can't recommend Lagroove enough. I love the studio, it is bright & light & cheery. There's a disco ball! But most importantly, the teachers are awesome! They are all level two certified Lagree teachers. Classes are carefully choreographed, targeting each area of the body. The cueing is spot on, keeping you in alignment so you get the most out of each exercise & to prevent injury. I have only been going there regularly for 1.5 months and I am already getting so much stronger, seeing more muscle definition. Lagroove is easily the best, most welcoming Lagree studio in Boulder! The instructors are all challenging, fun, knowledgeable and have the best (always changing) music selection. The studio is also beautiful on the inside - a lot of studios lean towards more masculine colors but Lagroove has the perfect balance of color and neutrals. I go to CU Boulder and have always struggled with finding a class/place here that I love and don't get burnt out on. Lagroove has become that place for me. Everything about Lagroove is so wonderful. They have the best of the best when it comes to equipment, instruction, and customer service. I love this gym/studio so much! I get an amazing workout that's safe for my body and zero impact. It's a crazy hard pilates type class with intelligent and embodied teachers.
