This review is long long overdue. They are conveniently located off of 28th street and have a shared parking lot with Dot's Diner and Batteries Plus. Getting back on the in person yoga bandwagon after what felt like an eternal COVID hiatus I find myself at Radiance Power Yoga. A welcoming space that is clean, nurturing and inspiring. My favorite classes here are the flow vinyasa, each instructor bringing their special sauce and magic. They also offer family flow classes as well as prenatal and baby and me. Weekday and weekend classes host a fun community of folks, many of which have been coming here for years. Highly recommend visiting this space. It's one of the few remaining truly local and intimate spaces. Website shows special for 21 days for just $69. read more

I absolutely love this community. The teachers and the owner are all amazing! It's not just an incredible yoga workout, it's also mindfulness, philosophy, community, and therapy. I always leave classes feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and happy. I've tried most of the classes and they've al been great! The post-natal yoga class was so welcoming. I also did the family class and the instructor was so wonderful. My kids absolutely loved it! If you're wondering if you should buy the membership, you absolutely should! read more

I have been coming here about once a week for over a year. Jess and Carrie are my favorite instructors, and they recently got a few new incredible ones as well! The sequence is somewhat similar every time, however it also offers variation and trying new things. This allows me to completely turn my brain off and I love it so much. They offer heated classes, prenatal, and even offer kombucha on tap. I hosted my bachelorette party here and it was a blast. We did a yoga flow, tarot card readings, and kombucha. I would highly recommend this studio for you and everyone you know!! read more

Look no further!! You found your home studio for Yoga! I have been attending classes here for two and a half years now. The entire staff at Radiance are so welcoming, knowledgeable and caring. The customer service is out of this world! In addition to loving the customer service, I appreciate the variety of classes and times the studio offers. They have a class for everyone! The studio is so clean and they have beautiful showering facilities. This studio is amazing in so many ways. And super affordable! I invite you to come and see for yourself! read more

Radiance Power Yoga was my yoga studio for a long while - I want to say I was a member for at least a year and a half. I usually don't write reviews for non-dining establishments, but I really feel compelled to in this instance. I really loved my experience with Radiance. True, some of the teachers and staff members were sometimes a little stand-offish but I felt that the yoga was solid. I learned a lot and felt myself physically grow stronger. However, I've had huge issues with the owner of the studio and the billing situation. It became one of those things where I made sure to check my credit card billing statement specifically for the amount I was charged each month. When I was given a discount and was told, verbally, by the owner that I would be credited a certain amount, it wouldn't ACTUALLY happen. When I was a student and was told that I would be given the student price ($10 less per month), I was still charged the full amount, regardless of what I was told. But, we're all busy and things like this happen. I spoke with the owner and things seemed to be fine. I terminated my membership with Radiance this past January, not because of the above-mentioned situation but due to other reasons. I exchanged written communications with the owner. Then I saw that I continued to be charged for the following three months (the only reason I've stopped being charged is because I changed credit cards). I left a couple of voicemails - all of which were unanswered. I then emailed the owner, explaining the situation and asking for a refund. There was no response until it was clear I was ANGRY. There was a lot of back and forth where the owner didn't seem to remember that I had terminated my membership back in January, though I forwarded her our prior communication. She said that she would take care of it at the beginning of June. Then, I received a phone call from a staff member at the studio who left me a voicemail along the lines of, "Sorry - we were unable to process your credit card and your account is in __ (a negative status of some sort)." (Insert flipping desk meme). It was obvious that the owner had NOT terminated my membership, despite the flood of emails I had sent her... and I had not been issued my refund. It has been two weeks since I emailed her last and I'm convinced I will have to take legal action in order to get the refund. I'm pissed that I haven't received my refund, but I'm more pissed at the fact that the owner seems to completely disregard me. After attending her classes (and it was her class, specifically, that I attended after work) for over 1 year, 2-3 times a week, I expect more from her and the studio. This was a mistake made on their end and I expected for a resolution, especially after I was told that the mistake would be rectified. But nope - nothing. No matter how good the yoga is, I would not recommend this studio. read more

I'm not a regular yogi but it's great for me when my back acts up. Tried several different studios in town and until I went to Radiance I didn't realize that it's OK for yoga studios to have a full shower/changing facility. Really, it's like boutique hotel quality. You don't have to go back to work all stinky. The rest of the studio is beautiful and relaxing. Lovely light in the south room and warm but not too hot (I'd melt in the really hot yoga). No attitude, pretty low on the Boulder-woo-woo scale and the staff / instructors are all friendly and helpful to sporadic amateurs like me. read more

I was lucky to be able to practice in this beautiful studio with Angela Schuster and enjoy her Sacred Flow class. Angela helped to modify poses to accommodate students at all levels of practice while radiating a joyous yet introspective meditation to encourage us all to release tension. I left the studio reluctantly, vowing to return again as soon as possible. Don't miss a chance to practice here!! Namaste xo read more

This yoga studio has limited class times available especially in the morning. I don't understand why they even have 2 rooms when they pretty much only run one class at a time. I personally had a hard time making a 6 AM class and your next option is 9 AM which unless you work strange hours just doesn't make sense. Also many of the teachers are not very good. I've had only one or two teachers I thought were of any quality at all. Overall, with as many options for yoga in Boulder as there are, you can find a much better studio to support. read more

I reluctantly give this studio 3 stars, because it is more a reflection on the style of yoga and my personal preferences. The style practiced at Radiance is called Baptiste yoga and it just did not do much for me. The room does not have mirrors which I find difficult but Baptiste feels they are a "crutch". Also, if you like hot yoga, this studio is not for you- they do not have any hot classes. On the plus side, the bathrooms are REALLY nice and clean and all of the instructors are very compassionate people who love what they do. So if you like Baptiste yoga, then assume this review is 5-star. But it just was not my style as a lover of Bikram and other hot yogas. read more

Love this studio! Classes are small, it's welcoming, trying the 30 classes for $40 & so far I'm very impressed! Thanks Radiance Yoga for being down to earth & for being super welcoming at the front desk & in class. read more

This is my favorite yoga studio in Boulder, I've gone to quite a few of them and none really compare! Every teacher had their own style but stays true to the essence of yoga. The environment is so calming and accepting! And if you haven't experienced a eucalyptus towel during shavasana you haven't lived lol but really the adjustments are great and the sequences that are taught leave your feeling like you are floating out of class! I can't recommend this studio enough it's Amazing! And the $40 for 30 days of unlimited yoga is a great way to explore all of their amazing teachers! read more

I love this place. I have been doing yoga about 4 times a week for 3 years and finding a good studio is really important to me. I moved to Boulder for 5 months which wasn't a good fit for me and I was extremely happy to leave. Radiance Power Yoga was my favorite thing about the area and my saving grace. I also miss it terribly and wish at least once a week that I could find a studio like it. It is Baptiste which is a very specific kind of yoga and may not be for everyone but I loved it. The classes are heated but they are not as hot as Bikram. Im not sure what the reviewer below is talking about with not having hot classes however as i looked up at the temp at one point and it was 100. That may not be 108 (Bikram levels) but its pretty damn hot. If I wanted Bikram I would be at a Bikram studio. I personally liked that it was just the right temp and extremely physically challenging but still totally doable. Marsha owns the sudio and it is obvious that she loves teaching yoga and gives it everything shes got. I loved taking Susan's classes as well. Best part about this studio is that it really pushed my practice to the next level. I found myself being able to do things that I hadn't been able to before and I am very grateful. It is the perfect mix if techinal instruction and a kick ass work out. Go here. Namaste. read more

Scott led a great power JIP class. My husband and I were in town just for the weekend and did a class on Saturday morning. Wonderful studio and very welcoming atmosphere. Bathrooms were nice with showers and lockers. Highly recommend and will be back if I can in the future. read more

My favorite yoga studio in Boulder, because it's challenging. I always feel like I get a great workout here.

Radiance is truly my home away from home! The teachers and classes radiate authenticity, compassion and knowledge. The community is amazing; truly welcoming. After trying various of yoga studios in the area, I am grateful to call Radiance my home studio. A place to come as you are, be vulnerable, and take yourself to new edges~all on your yoga mat! read more

I just moved to Boulder and visited several different yoga studios in the area before I finally found Radiance Power Yoga. Simply put, I fell in love almost from the moment I walked in. The entire studio itself is extremely warm and inviting - from the front lobby, to the bath/changing room, to the actual yoga studio itself. The way things are set up gives you just enough space so that you aren't tripping over all the other yogis before and after class and provides an ambiance that is very calming. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming to me as well - and as a new comer I want to be around people who are happy to see me, even if they don't know who I am. I did not experience this at some of the other studios I went to. As the other reviewer noted, there are no mirrors in the yoga studio, but I actually found this quite liberating and didn't miss them at all. The two classes I've been to have both been heated as well -- not 'hot yoga' - but more than enough to work up a good sweat. Both classes have also been quite physical, which I really enjoy in my yoga practice, but I know that's not for everyone. When I say physical, they move at a good pace, hold challenging postures just past what you think your breaking point might be, focus heavily on core -- but all wrapped up in a beautiful, inward looking practice focused on breathing and being present in the moment. That said, I'm sure there are other classes that aren't quite as physical. I've been to the Baptiste Power Vinyasa and the Power Lunch Hour classes, but plan on bringing my husband who is a total newbie to the Flow & Restore class. I also have really liked the instructors I've had (I've been to classes taught by Marsha and Kim). They brought such a positive, unpretentious energy to their classes, walking around the room making adjustments, talking, and helping you stay focused on why you are there and what you are doing. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! read more

I love it here! I've been doing yin yoga and gentle vinyasa at a different studio for awhile to help with an injury, but I was looking for something a little more intense. I came to Radiance Power for a Power Foundations class about 2 months ago, and completely fell in love. The instructors are amazing and very accommodating of my injury. I always leave the Power classes tired in the best way possible, but there are a ton of other kinds of classes that are also great. I've met so many awesome people practicing here-- the studio is really a wonderful community! I look forward to being a member for a long time to come. read more

I recently tried several different Yoga studios in Boulder to see where I was most comfortable. I was most at home and comfortable with Radiance. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are able to bring their style and personalities into their classes, which I found wasn't the case at other studios. The price fits my budget. read more

I've been doing yoga for 15+ years. When I moved from Hawaii to Boulder my highest priority was finding the best studio in town. I spent my first 6 months in Boulder taking yoga classes at many different studios to get a feel for what was available. While there are many fantastic studios in the city, after my long search, Radiance was at the top of my list. It is a beautiful studio with some of the best teachers in the area, class sizes are small so the teachers have time to adjust as needed (even after 15 years I'm still learning) and it has a sense of community unlike some of the larger studios. If your new in town and looking for your yoga "home" or are just in town for a few days, I highly recommend Radiance Power Yoga. read more

I traveled from DC to visit a friend in Boulder. As a long time Baptiste practicer, I scoped out this spot and had to try it while I was here. It was an amazing class and experience. The staff was super friendly and the class was one of the best I've taken. The studio is so beautiful you can see the mountains from the window. Wish I lived here so I could come back every day!!! read more
