This is the best group fitness gym in Denver!! Such a great mix of cardio, strength, and restore through their 3 class formats. The community will empower you, the coaches will support you in your goals and help you modify when needed, and the workout will kick your butt every single time. Rescon for heated boot camp to leave you walking out like you took a shower -- completely testing you with the addition of heat. Feel the burn. Circuit to leave you breathless with a HIIT style, full body exercise -- using treads, sled pushing and stand up rowers to take you to new levels of strength and endurance. From heated sculpted rescon to weighted circuit to a power flow, you won't be disappointed. I was an avid Corepower gal for 8 years and 2K classes under my belt. After living in NYC for 10 years and exploring all the studios there as well as a lot in Denver, this is my fave studio I've ever been to! This is actually the only studio I've ever purchased an unlimited membership from, I love it that much. The workouts are amazing - challenging and unique but you can move at your own pace and do what's right for your body. The studio is relaxed and the instructors are super cool but also super motivating and helpful (especially when you need to modify because of a recent surgery). You can really tell how passionate the instructors are, which makes all the difference. The rescon class if my fave class I've ever taken - heated, on your mat, some cardio but mostly strengthening, just so fun! And the circuit classes are amazing too, I switch back and forth. Vinyasa is amazing too, I just don't get around to those as much because I'm so addicted to how I feel after rescon and circuit, but flow is great for me on a 'rest' day. I've been a little hesitant to write this review because I don't want to lose my spots, but I know this studio will expand in the near future or get another location because it's just that good. Duality is by far the hardest workout I've done in Denver but it's soooo worth it because of the amazing community, great music, and tons of support/perks that come with a class. You can get 20% of the neighboring coffee/cocktail bar Side Pony after talking a class + there's usually rescue pups there from MAMCO Rescue + the encouragement from coaches and other class takers is incredible. Personally I don't love being in classes where people are silently dying. At Duality, people cheer, scream, shout, and dance through the pain and it makes the workouts that much more fun. I live in Los Angeles and it goes without saying that my options for health and fitness classes are pretty much unlimited; I have access to some of the best fitness instructors in the world. Recently, I've found myself spending a lot of time in Denver and needed a place to work out. My only complaint about Duality is that I can't take this place back to LA with me; Duality blows every fitness studio I've ever been to out of the water. The classes are thoughtfully curated to be physically and mentally challenging. Jen and her instructors have a knack for pushing you to your absolute peak performance. That last rep that you think you can't possibly push yourself to do? Jen knows exactly what to say to pull two more out of you. I didn't know what my body was capable of until Duality. Wonderful full body workout and I loved the combo of cardio paired with yoga. The studio is well designed and you can see a lot of detail went into creating classes that maximize efficiency and that are fun and challenging. One of the owners Tim was a wonderful host and teacher. He had great energy and kept the workout engaging and fun. This place is amazing! The staff are absolutely wonderful and everyone makes you feel welcomed. If you are focusing on your cardio, athleticism, mental strength and flexibility this is the place for you. Rescon is a light weight / band cardio experience that'll get your heart pumping; if you want a hard lower body workout, this is it. The HIT classes use kettle bells, treadmills, rowing machines, bands & weights. You'll never leave feeling like you didn't push yourself. (top notch workout). And finally, their yoga classes provide everything you need to strengthen your tiny muscle fibers and brings zen to the studio. Don't think your quite up for a full HIT class?
