Also options opening before 6 am are slim downtown and this has 24 hr keycard access. This is small but has almost everything I need. It's actually amazing that they've managed to fit somewhere around 6 to 8 squat racks in this space. Every inch is utilized super well and it also doesn't feel cramped, there's still spacious indoor turf area, studio and outdoor turf for functional training. Only thing missing for ladies is an abduction machine and a glute drive/hip thruster. You can obviously hip thrust with a box/barbell set up, but I frequently am crunched on time and a glue drive machine really cuts down on set up. Clean equipment and clean facilities, towel service.

The gym was fairly crowded when I was there, so I did have to share and wait for equipment a few times, keep that in mind if you prefer not to share. There's a small outdoor section if you want to work out outdoors. All in all, a great drop-in option in Downtown Denver!

There are so many different types of classes offered 24/7, so I can exercise when I want. On the weekends, I go before my family wakes up. On the weekdays, I go right after work before my kiddos get out of school. When I joined, Natalie gave me a thorough tour and answered my questions. She is personable, which makes her fantastic at customer service. I love how the workouts are in a sauna, where you can set the temp for your comfort. Each sauna fits a max of 3 people, but I have yet to take a class with another person (which is nice). The instructors are virtual, and Hotworx changes the classes periodically (so you're not watching the same stuff over and over again). The Hotworx I go to validates parking for the parking garage, and there is plenty of metered parking if you have to park on the street. Having worked in the wellness industry, I know the challenge to sell to the same faces. When seeing I was an unfamiliar face, she lit up with the potential. I explained my situation and the tone shifted. A mat was shoved in my arms with commentary that 'I was lucky she was there...she was about to leave for a snack. Otherwise I would have been charged'. As I left, I witness a much different persona with an actual new potential member. The studio was to be expected but the experience made me grateful for the wonderful, gracious staff at my home location.

Brock was such a nice instructor, helping me out with the set up and going over the basics. The class itself is 30 minutes, and is such an efficient way to get a good cardio workout in. It's a full body, high intensity workout that will leave you breathless. You "climb" to the beat of the music so it's fun and engaging and before you know it, you're ready to tackle your day with your workout out of the way. They offer a ton of classes throughout the day to accommodate any schedule. The studio itself is very nice/clean. They provide sweat towels and ear plugs (if desired). Everyone at the front desk with whom I have interacted has been very pleasant. The only downside to this particular location is no parking, but that's par for the course for downtown Denver... not the studio's fault. I prefer the early AM classes when street parking is free and available.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, my experience with this business was extremely…read moredisappointing. My mother and I purchased a Megaformer for $5,500. Before purchasing, I went to the studio, looked at the available machines in person, and specifically selected Megaformer #8. I photographed the machine, and through multiple text messages and emails, it was confirmed that #8 was the machine we were purchasing. In fact, before I even submitted payment, I sent a photo of the exact machine and stated, "It was number 8. This sexy little number right here." When there was concern that another customer may have purchased it, I waited while the owner checked. She then confirmed that the other customer had not purchased #8 and told me I could send payment for that machine. We then paid the full $5,500. Months later, immediately before pickup, I again emailed specifically to verify that we had purchased Reformer #8 before hiring professional movers. The response I received was: "That is correct, everything is marked for her." Despite multiple confirmations by both text and email, when we arrived for pickup, we were given a completely different Megaformer. The machine we received was visibly not the machine I had selected, photographed, and purchase and much more worn. I contacted the owner afterward and provided the photographs, text messages, and emails documenting everything. Rather than acknowledging that a mix-up had occurred and working toward a reasonable resolution, the response became defensive, and I was repeatedly told that I had "misinformation," despite having the written correspondence showing exactly what had been agreed upon. Mistakes happen. My biggest issue isn't simply that the wrong machine was given to us; it's how the situation was handled afterward. When a customer pays $5,500 for a specific machine that has been repeatedly confirmed in writing through both texts and emails, I believe the business should take responsibility when the customer ultimately receives something different. I have retained the photographs, emails, and text messages documenting the entire transaction. Unfortunately, based on my experience and how this was handled, I cannot recommend this business

Julie is seriously AMAZING! Her classes are fun and she has an encouraging, lighthearted tone . …read more. .. yet . .. at the same time, she is one of those rare people who can distill a complicated skill or concept into an easy-to-understand explanation. I started watching her classes online during the COVID crisis, and Julie takes the time to PERSONALLY give a few words of feedback to each dancer on zoom. Wow!! I started ballet as an adult and I don't have an intuitive understanding of dance. Julie's tips have made clear concepts that I just couldn't 'get' previously as an adult dancer. For example, at my home studio, I never really understood the concept to 'lift my hips'. Julie's video immediately made the correct posture clear https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tcvvg2tJ7Ws . . .. and it just gets better from there. Balance . . ... port de bras . .. . extensions . .. .. Julie has an amazing explanation for each, and she goes into detail during her classes (currently online on zoom!) And she delivers it in such a welcoming, fun, non-judgmental, and supportive way! On July 2024, I purchased a class from this business that was supposed to start on August 4th…read more Shortly after I purchased the class I got a severe knee injury and couldn't walk for a few weeks. I right away informed Julie Gill that I can't attend the class for August 4th. She never call or texted back so I called my bank and told them I need to cancel these 2 transactions. One for $450 and one for $875. Today is September 1st 2024, my bank informed me that the merchant said that the service was provided and that they wish to keep both the $875 and the $450. My bank informed me that the only way to get my money is through a small claim court. But I can't file a small claim court since her business address does not appear anywhere online and she refuses to provide a mailing address. Be careful purchasing anything online from this business since your money will be kept and you will never be able to get a hold of anyone.

They had a special event for locals where people were able to utilize the facilities and book a free 30-minute treatment. I saw their locker room, steam room, and got a 30-minute facial. I returned 3 weeks later for a full facial treatment! The space has an older feel to it - it's definitely an older building. When you walk in, it's a small space with different products for sale. You'll see a receptionist counter, where they'll help you check in. There is a locker room that has a steam room in it. Although I do love a steam, it definitely feels just like you're in a locker room for a gym or rec center of some sort. They do have two vanity tables with a hair dryer, curler, and straightener. They also have sandals and nice robes for you to change into, which help to elevate the experience! Once you're all changed, you exit the locker room to head upstairs. Upstairs is where you can enjoy some tea, or other beverages, complimentary with a spa treatment. There are seats for you to sit, and chat with people you might be there with. You can also head into the room where the spa treatments are given, where it is much quieter and "zen" feeling! The facial itself was so great!! My esthetician was so knowledgable and gave a great facial, with a small neck/shoulder massage! She took time to ask me about my skin and gave me some tips about how to keep it hydrated. The room feels peaceful with a comfortable table you lie on, and you change out of your robe for the treatment. It was such a great experience and I'm so glad I came back after the local community event!!
