The young lady at the counter was calm and collected and appeared to be unfairly inundated with the work load. I placed my order via the Eataliano website and it advised of 30-40 min wait. Arrived and there did not seem to be an organized approach. Ended up waiting a total of 1:10min for 1 crab pizza, 1 calamari. The calamari appeared to be promising however, it was rubbery and the amount of marinara was very short (order extra). 2.5-3.0 on the calamari. Maybe being served hot off the press makes a difference. (Unsure of if tickets were coming up in rhythm). Crab pizza was tasty and could stand to have another whole crab on it. For the amount of crab, I would say it was a VERY expensive small pizza. 3.0 It was a Saturday late afternoon and it was busy for sure. I would give this place another try but perhaps get the timing down to being able to snag the limited seating. Have a snack and pack your patience. Not a total bomb but, management needs figure out how to expedite the kitchen making it more efficient. Too expensive for mediocre.

The portion is small but a great sample size for me to determine if I want a bigger size next time, which I will get a bigger size my next visit. Overrall, great first sandwich, awesome service. My understanding is that all of the baked goods are made from scratch fresh daily in the restaurant. So the breads are great. The various sandwiches and other lunchtime mains are fantastic. Service is great -- the staff is always polite and happy. Definitely not quiet but not loud at all. It is very small with limited and tight tables. Buddy and I sat outside today to eat, surprisingly. It's mid-winter.

It seems like this change was made to save money, but it really takes away from both the presentation and the quality of the sandwich. For a sandwich that costs $12.95, I would gladly pay a few extra cents for the original packaging if it meant keeping the bread fresh and crusty.
