Absolutely Disgusted - Found a Bug in My Burger…read more I went to Wendy's around 6:40 PM through the drive-thru and ordered a Baconator. Something told me to open it before taking a bite--and thank God I did. To my absolute horror, there was a crispy dead fly inside my burger, right on the bacon. I have never been so grossed out in my entire life. The fact that a bug made it into my food raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety at this location. I ended up throwing up in the parking lot from how sick it made me feel. Now I can't stop wondering how many other burgers I've eaten here in the past might've had something in them. My advice to everyone: check your food before eating it. This experience was completely unacceptable and has turned me off from ever eating at Wendy's again unless they address this issue seriously.

After ordering, I said thank you and was completely ignored. Then, as we waited for our food the manager turned off all the lights at 9:54 pm when this location does not close until 11:00 pm. Then after leaving, we witnessed the employees yelling at the doordash drivers trying to pick up their order through the drive through and saying they did not have their orders. This manager needs to be fired as she's setting a horrible example for her employees do not come to this location.
