Order was correct and ready quickly after ordering on the app. But the parking lot is really poorly designed, and it's easy to get blocked in when the drive thru line is long. Apparently open late (per the road sign) (24/7 per this app) means open until 11, but 20 minutes prior they stop serving most things. When you pull up to the window you will hear them turning customers away saying they won't make this or that. The food was disgusting, we tried to order 2 burgers 2 fries and 1 apple pie. Told they had 1 burger and 1 fry left. The burger was made incorrectly and the food was cold and rubbery. The "Hiring 14/15 Year Olds" sign that's been there for years should be a signal to everyone that this place only cares to fulfill the bare minimum. I love the scout camp down the street so I've been to this location at many hours at every seasons, so I can say the wait is always terrible and the food is always subpar. Admiditly I go to a McD's once every 5 or so years so this could be standard fare. 32.00 for 3 modest meals, waited forever at the service window for cold leathery fries, greasy cold chicken nuggets, crushed burgers with minimal condiments and the only large fry order we made was MISSING. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH. I would have turned around and gone in had time not been a consideration but of course that also defeats the purpose of fast food. Worked on a construction site all day Saturday. The crew I worked with does not take lunch, so the foreman, who was driving, wanted to stop at this McDonald's before he got on the highway to go back to the shop. So, he parked the truck, and four out of the five guys in our crew went inside to order. It was moderately busy around 5 p.m., but we soon realized the three people working there could not keep up. The foreman, Eric, ordered first, and I ordered after him. A young female employee in a black uniform, apparently the shift manager, became increasingly flustered as customers filed in. She was downright snappish by the time she got to the third guy on our crew, Josh: Eric to me: "Did she just tell Josh, 'I'll get to you when I can!' ?" Me to Eric: "Yup, you heard that right." Eric: "If I was manager and only had three people on, I'd shut down the drive-through, except for handicapped people." While waiting and watching the chaos, I looked up this McDonald's on my Yelp app, and was shocked at all the 1-star reviews, but it was too late. The even younger female employee who handed me my two cheeseburgers (since they were clearly struggling, I figured I'd keep my order very simple) seemed genuinely apologetic for the wait, but she also had a look of mild terror on her face, as if she was thinking, "What was I thinking, working here?" Or perhaps, "OMG, I have three more hours to go." As we piled back into the crew cab pickup truck, Tyler asked, "Were we in there 20 minutes?" Eric replied it was more like 11 minutes, although it felt like 20. Not surprisingly, the food was awful, even by McDonald's standards. Grabbed a quick bite for my kids on the way home from work two days prior to this review. My reason for waiting is because I was debating to not do so. But the more I looked at the photo, the more iritatted I got. And while it's still a place that has low expectations anyways, it's a direct result of either poor training or employees not giving a crap. I guess if you upgrade to a "Mac-Monster" burger, then you would expect more. However, the burger in the pic was supposed to be a (get this) Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese. I'm no Physicist, but this is just one swing and a miss. The second you ask? I hadn't ordered the "Mac-Prison" burger. I say this because the toppings, aside from missing one burger and cheese, seemed to have been told that the customer (me) is on solitary confinement and being rationed food. Now onto the Filet O'Fish... I love what the've done to better this menu item! Everywhere (McDonalds) I went..... The perfect sandwhich.. No no no,. Not this time. Totally 1 star or less!!!!!! I never do reviews but felt this needed to be told. We went to McDonalds in Wyoming with my family tonight for take-out at 6PM. The service was terrible. We should have known because the people in front of us were having an issue. But we ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, 2 large fries, a Big Mac, a Quarter Pounder, a 10 piece chicken nugget, a salad, 2 waters, and a McFlurry. They no longer have salads and the McFlurry machine is broken so we decided to order 2 extra Large fries and an extra water ($47). When the cashier gave us the food, my son looked in the bag and the fries were missing. The Shift Manager said, do you have your receipt, we said no, the cashier didn't give us one. So she snapped and said I know it was 3 small fries and I'll prove it to you (btw, they were not in our bag either) basically saying we were lying. It look her a good 5-7 minutes to look up our receipt and then she recanted and said sorry, and yelled to her team for 4 large fries. Totally RUDE. Then we had to ask for the chocolate milk for the happy meal and then we left. We get outside and before we even got to the car, we realize we didn't have any of the waters. When we went back to the door, it was locked. When we banged on the door, the staff including the manager, ignored us. So we never got our waters! Awful service! read more

I was driving on rt-95 s and decided to get some breakfast , I see the sign for 1.00 med ice coffee and sounds good, I order that and a sandwich girl says to drive up which I do never saying how much I owed . This is my first one star review. This location consistently messes up! Every time and always in their favor! Even at the pick up, ask to make sure, get the "yup" and it's a big fat nope! The service is horrible. Super dirty and sketchy looking workers who swear and yell at each other. While taking my drive through order they keep cutting me off..."is that it" like I'm bugging him. It's better than the Wendy's across the street, of course that is the worst Wendy's in America, so we aren't setting the bar too high, nevertheless it does seem as though the two burger chains are fighting their way to the bottom in this town, and it starts with neither place having any employee that will clean anything. I went here tonight to grab some dinner. I order a double quarter pounder meal and a plain cheeseburger. I as for fries with no salt because of dietary restrictions. When I asked for a plain cheeseburger the manager asked if I wanted cheese on that which to me is not a big deal. The manager puts my order together turns to me just waiting on the fries still no problem. Then problem I over hear one of the crew members said why do people order fries with no salt I promptly tell him why. He turned around with a look of shock. As others have said they only serve meals after 10pm. They advertise everything being for sale on the menu board but will not sell any of it to you, only meals. This is also one of the slowest McDonalds around. The staff seems friendly and attentive although just not motivated or fast. Update: I stopped in yesterday (9/9) because my daughter wanted a happy meal. The food came out fast enough but I watched as a worker dropped have a sleeve of cups all over the dirty floor. I like Mcdonnalds just fine. Only problem is that they lie about their hours. I am a truck driver and therefore cannot use the drive thru. I know that the dining room is usually open until 9 and I arrive at 8:30 and it is locked. I call and they say that they just decided to close the dining room early. My experience was like so many others. I ordered food and asked for ice water and was told I could buy a bottle. I can't drink the sugar drinks or the caffeine and I wanted ice to make it the rest of the trip. When the franchise manager called me and I told her my concern she said she had drinks other than caffeine and sugar. I asked her to name one...she said lemonade. We went to McDonald's the other day and ordered some food and coffee and asked for a cup of water. The other employee gave us our order.
