Manchild with tatoos and a haircut from 20 years ago is the biggest a**hole I've ever encountered at a fast food place. Placed a mobile order 45 mins prior to closing and was told after telling the employee working the drive thru speaker, that there was no order under my name. I attemped to confirm the address and was told "i dont know thats probably right, i dont know the address" With no attempt made to reach a solution. I again repeated the address and said I was 99% sure this was the right place. Pauly D responds "I TOLD YOU WE DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER". So I say well I paid for an order here so what do I do - "I DONT KNOW CALL UBER OR SOMETHING WE DONT HAVE YOUR ORDER I ALREADY TOLD YOU" (I ordered through the Wendys app) This toddler made me go back and forth with him for probably a full 90 seconds before I heard yelling from inside the building and a new person took over the speaker and started the transaction again like nothing had happened asking for my order. Once I gave the name they confirmed immediately I could pull up. I'm in my early 20s, I've worked 100 jobs I've hated and been given horrible hours I don't want to work, except I was never a complete child about it, lashing out on random customers and deciding to make up BS so I don't have to do my job. The other two people working there were lovely and had to complete an order this other child refused to do, he wandered away into the back so they had to cover for him while I asked what his deal was. My wife and I ordered delivery through Grubhub after she gave birth at L&M. We ordered a burger, fries, two frostys, a chili, and a baked potato with sour cream and chives. Wrong burger, wrong flavor both frostys, no sour cream on the baked potato. read more

Went to pick up lunch at Wendy pulled in two spots from the car I was behind on Coleman young kid early 20 s walking and texting go in side it's there door dash pick up for delivery no handicap sticker on his car I said something to the young man behind the counter and got the reply of it's probably normal for him and I got a attitude from hell from him and the kid who waited on me never have I ever in the 40 plus years been so rude because I called them out will never go back to Wendy in Coleman read more

I just ordered from their drive thru here and my burger bun was cold and tasted stale as well as my fries. The workers were nice and friendly however the food could've definitely been better. I hope they pay more careful attention to their food temperatures in the future because this was so very disappointing, especially after a long drive out of state. read more

Had a craving for a Wendy's burger after seeing a couple commercials. Used their mobile app for my order and drove over. Simple drive thru pickup. Noticed the same general choices, go inside, park and they bring your order out to you or go thru the drive thru. I like that they wrap their burgwrs in a tin foil styled wrapper. Keeps the burgers hot/warm until you get home. read more

Either they have no ice or tell you they're closed 20 minutes before their scheduled closing time. That the website is wrong and should tell customers they close 20 minutes early, per manager i had a mobile order and my husband kept saying hello at the speaker for 10 minutes while listening to the employees yell "noooo" inside. read more

Guy who handed me my order reeked of pot and they somehow managed to get literally every item in my order wrong. Burger is a chicken sandwich, baconator fries are cheese fries, nuggets are tenders. 5+ staff in the kitchen and we were sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. read more

Big sign in the window says $3 son of baconator sandwich. Waited 10 min for someone to come to the counter to take my order only to be told that sandwich isn't $3 any more. Didn't eat here. read more

Wendy's - Sign say $3. Take it down if that's not the price any more! - Burgers Near Me - New London, Connecticut

Wow!! Haven't been to Wendy's in years and my grandson wanted a real hamburger. So I got 3 combo burger meals, 2 burgers with limited condiments. They couldn't even get one right. The loaded baked potato was a mess. Bacon strips instead of bits, cheese smeared all over. These were not the burgers we got years ago. No more Wendy's for us. read more

I have had good and not so good experiences here. I don't know what it's like to work for this location and its owner. Or what resources they are given and if they are made to felt appreciated. This visit the chicken on my wrap was like a stone. Like it had been refried to warm it back up kinda thing. That's not fun when you get home to enjoy it after your own long day at work. But that's about it. Still thank you for working so we can get food at all. read more

The wait at the drive thru was long and the chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Gross.

Wait was soooooo long. Workers had no ambition to move faster. I Asked for extra sauce. Not only did I NOT get any extra sauce , but there was so little sauce to begin with that the sandwich was DRY. and they charged me $1 for the extra sauce. People were walking out due to such slow service !! Never again ! read more

This review is solely for the hispanic man who took my aggravation and bad mood and flip flopped it into a positive, where we laughed together. I rarely eat fast food, but when I do it's Wendy's. And when I do, it's either a salad, baked tater, or chili. And when they don't give the sour cream for the chili, especially when you specifically ask for it, what gives? Went back in with major 'tude ready to go and he gave me the feeling that Is was actually better having pulled over, walked back in to correct this issue, if not just to meet him and goof off about the mistakes in life. Thank you dude. read more

As far as fast food is concerned, Wendy's is one of my favorites. Stopped in this evening on a road trip and had a nice & cheap meal. There were a couple other customers inside, but the drive thru was busy. Clean facility, quick and efficient service. A half-mile from I-95. read more

Prices are great and love the meal deals. I especially love the taste of the flurry, as I remember. Honestly, I haven't eaten at Wendy's in a long time.. So, I haven't gotten the food yet today. I am waiting for my husband to bring it home. I am sure they still taste good. Anyway, I would give more stars IF THEY PICKED UP THEIR PHONE!!!! :/ They ignore their customers calls, and that is just so0 rude!!!! read more

Good food, great prices, but the drive thru is unbelievably SLOW. No lie- the last 7-8 times I went there, there were only 4-5 cars in line & it still took FOREVER to just get to the speaker to place my order. And they are almost always out of chicken tenders. Nice people but something is seriously wrong with this place. Today - no lie - I left Wendy's & went to McDonald's a few doors down, made a special "no onions" order, received my order & drove back past Wendy's to see the same people stuck in the drive thru line! They looked pissed off. WTF? It's food but it def ain't FAST!!! read more

Was craving a double cheeseburger and fries. Been a while. 90% finished with the burger and noticed fuzz on the bun. Nope not mold. Rodent hair! read more

The first thing about this Wendy's is that it is one of the cleanest I have been to! The current 4 for $4 deal was what I enjoyed on this visit. The only reason that I could not put 5 stars was because of the wait. There was no one inside the restaurant, but I did have to wait ~10 minutes for my food. I'm not sure if there was an issue with anything on their end, and it won't stop me from coming back of course, but with it being fast food I was hoping for it to be a little bit faster! read more
