Regular run of the mill chipotle chain. Service was quick, the meat selection could've used a re-up. They don't skimp on the toppings which I like. Barbacoa is always my go to. The last few months, the customer service has gone down. The food is still good. But when you walk in there, they're just there for the job and don't greet you sometimes you're waiting five minutes just to get your order when it's dead. They argue with each other all the time. When it opened, it was awesome. The past few months, the service has been downright BAD. I'm speaking solely on mobile app orders that you pickup. Tonight I ordered a salad, I got the wrong rice, NO beans, NO Steak, NO fajita Veggies, but best yet, NO LETTUCE? on a SALAD? The errors are SO consistently bad that pepper the AI agent that helps, straight up won't help anymore and we end up calling the helpline instead. About a month ago I ordered this same salad and got an entire paper bowl filled with Salsa, Sour Cream, and Cheese. That's it. Literally. Period. No meat, rice, lettuce, etc. They will ALWAYS mess something up by at least two ingredients- Notably they often forget the entire quesadilla that belongs in the kids meal, so always double check before you leave. Idk what happened. It used to be such a good place. Now you just "get what you get" when you online order and it's deplorable. Irregardless on if staff is stretched thin, or not trained, or just don't care, it isn't fair, because we PAY for this product. I like Chipotle and I went to this location today for the first time and I will never go back. The food was disgusting. I ended up throwing over half of my burrito away. Not to mention the place was dirty and only one person on staff spoke english so placing my order took forever. It was a terrible experience all around. It's the first time we have went here since we moved, about 6 months ago, and the service was so good this time. The employees were nice to each other and to their customers and they worked together nicely, which I haven't seen since moving here in chipotles. It was such a nice experience. Are you considering Chipotle in Waterford? My advice is to save your hard earned money. There are so many other options in the area than this restaurant. Monday, shortly after noon I was surprised when I pulled into the parking lot and there was only one other vehicle and not a customer in the restaurant. Well, I believe that I know why. With me was a friend who has never (and never will again) go to this chain. I said 'you'll love it'! Let it be known that in the past I have had good experiences with other Chipotle locations. Dirty tables, many servers behind the counter but not one knew anything about the menu choices and ingredients. When I asked what the softitas bowl was for the benefit of both of us, the server looked through me with a blank stare. Whatever, yes and put the $7 worth of smoked brisket on the bowl with guac. Now I realize that food and business expenses are costing more but give me $7 worth of the gristle that you call brisket. I gave my review 2 stars because the food tasted ok and that the bathroom was spotless. And please clean the tables so your customers can eat inside the restaurant rather than in their vehicle. I did fill out the survey and was contacted by someone in Chipotle corporate offering a free meal with purchase of a meal to try it again, which l refused. read more

This chipotle had really gone down hill. They really half ass making your food, they leave things out of your pickup order, and when packing your order they just throw it in the bag spilling all over the bag. Even though the order is ready on the shelf, no one comes to the drive through window. One worker was throwing his hat in the air and trying to catch it on his head right by the food while another worker was making a burrito bowl. Two other workers were watching him do that and kept looking at the drive thru window but still not going to the window to give me my order. I'm a very patient person, almost overly patient. I placed my order on the app and went to the restaurant to use the drive thru pick up. I pull up to the window and can see someone at the cash register ringing up a customer, no problem. About 10-12 minutes go by, and I'm still waiting at the window yet to even have someone tell me "just give us a minute". Just being completely ignored. I can literally see the bright blue light flashing to tell the workers someone is at the window, and can see my food sitting on the shelf. I honk once, and wait a minute, nothing. I honk again, still nothing. It's not until I am honking over and over again until someone finally says "YO IMMA NEED FOR YOU TO BE PATIENT". As if me (and the car behind me) hadn't been waiting patiently this whole time? The cherry on top was that my order was wrong. Apparently they're selling build your own tacos now. The food looked very unappealing sitting dried out in the bins behind the glass partition. Normally i'm used to seeing staff in the back busy cooking with the aroma from the various offerings filling the air, nope. Service was also unacceptable as no one was behind the counter accept one employee who was busy doing i don't know what. Another employee was sitting at a table enjoying a conversation. And a small group was having an impromptu sidebar meeting. Typical atmosphere, it's Chipotle. I stood there long enough to say to myself; "no one has greeted you and it's been about two minutes.
