Honestly what is wrong with the people that work at Taco Bell? I know it's just a fast food place but I'm starting to get concerned. I have never not once in my life received my actual order. Stopped here to get a chicken quesadilla. The lady behind the counter was nice and friendly. When I got home the quesadilla was soggy so I had to put it in the toaster oven for a few to re-constitute. After that. The quesadilla was nice and crispy on the outside. Cheesy and warm on the inside. I'd recommend to reconstitute once you get home. Much better that way. read more

When we went inside, there was a very long line and only 1 employee taking orders. it overall took just under 10 minutes to get our food. me and my friends ordered a variety of the menu items as it was our first time coming here. overall, the food was good however, the cinnamon twists did not taste good at all. they had a very weird aftertaste of styrofoam and needed more cinnamon. Crunchwrap supreme was freshly made and tasted great. Done in 2 minutes. Store was crumby but they had Baja Blast! Very quiet around 1:00.

Everything is alway wrong or made poorly. Staff is so great though! But the quality of food is very poor.

Probably the worst taco bell in New England. Frequently out of stock of the most popular items and the majority of the time there's 1 or 2 items missing from my bag. Based on how often it happens to me and others it's almost guaranteed that the people in the back are stealing it for themselves. They never hand out reciepts so good luck getting your money back. The prices on all of their items are much higher than any other Taco Bell I've been too which is funny because the food is always poorly prepared usually with stale or old ingredients. If you can afford the gas drive to the Middletown or Warwick locations that are 30 minutes away. Also, they never have special limited time menu items and online ordering is disabled in the app despite the fact that it's enabled for KFC. Always a good time when the teenage girl at the counter cusses in your face while punching her hands, trying to fight you and your wife because "She's bout it". Awful. Inconsistent. Most of the time they're out of staple items like beans, chicken, rice, steak, taco shells, even covers for the power bowls/nachos. One time I went there and literally everything I tried to order they weren't able to make, then was trapped in the drive thru line. It's always something there! I had a decent power bowl recently but went back another time for one and half the stuff was missing, no guac, no sour cream, very little refried beans because, of course, they were out of black beans, a pinch of lettuce and some dry, crunchy rice. This Taco Bell charges at least $0.50 more for every item, not sure how they can get away with that... And while I realize it's cheap fast food, and expectations shouldn't be high, there is zero consistency in the prep. This place is just terrible. The inside is disgusting and seems like it's never cleaned. The service is mind-boggling slow. Often they will get your order wrong and twice they've completey forgotten. Often time machines are completely broken. It's one of the only places around here that stays open late and is not McDonald's but that's all its got going for it. Drove through Friday afternoon for a double decker taco supreme and a regular taco supreme. Weird that's it's a KFC AND a Taco Bell . Seems like one is fast food and one is not as it takes 8-10 mins to cook chicken and nothing on the taco side- but ok. I could barely hear the guys voice asking what I wanted, and there was no welcome to Taco Bell- just What would you like . He repeated it back and then i drove around to pay . He opened the window and told me the price . Based on his facial expression and attitude he truly does not like his job there . He handed me the bag and my water and never asked if I wanted any sauce to go with it. Maybe he should be making the food and not interacting with the customer. All that would have been just annoying. However after I drove away and stopped to open the food it was a mess. The double decker had so much meat it was leaking grease through the hard shell and soft shell , the retried beans tasted burnt and there was tons of sour cream - all completely out of proportion. Same with the taco supreme- it was slapped full of stuff and already dissolving after 5 minutes of driving. Overly greasy meat, too much sour cream . Blechhhh. I ate 1/2 the double decker , took one bite of the taco supreme and threw it away. Now Taco Bell is no longer 99 cents or so. My double decker was $1.99 and taco supreme $1.49. So that was a waste of $$ and I didn't feel so well. So I won't return to this one and I am also doing the survey on the back if the receipt. Either management doesn't know or doesn't care but I do think they would want to know they are putting way to much greasy meat on the food with only a few pieces if lettuce and tomato - which is what you pay extra for. I was surprised by the price when I got to the pickup window. After some research, the Taco Bells in the Coventry/Warwick area charge $1.39 per soft taco. Came here about two months ago. Waited over 20 minutes to get two meals and everything was pretty cold and later got sick (I was so hungry once it came, it didn't matter at that moment). I told the store that their service took over 20 minutes and I wanted a refund. Instead, they gave me a few $5.00 coupons....Well, not surprising that the coupons they gave me for issues at their store, they refused to take them a few weeks later. I was pretty irritated so the area coach, Tabitha Munroe, told me to show them an email from her for a free meal. Again, I go and they refuse to accept her email saying that it the meal was on them for my troubles. I wrote her back saying that they refused to accept her email and never heard back. I called corporate for a refund (all I wanted in the beginning) and they said they I would need to call the store. Well this store doesn't answer their phone...at all, doesn't matter the day or time. I got charged so much for my items that I estimated beforehand (like 10 dollars more) after checking my receipt. I noticed the first item was over charged by 7 dollars. She tried to argue it was because I got supreme and after proving her wrong she gave me the 7 dollars back but not the receipt for further inspection. Such a weird experience. They were pretty rude while I was ordering but I've been a fast food worker before so I get it and let it go. Then I drive home and realize they forgot something in my order, I should have checked so I let it go and drive back. They also didn't give a receipt so I had to repeat my order 2 times so they could find it.
