If left as is the screen would eventually break. He gave two choices to fix it, replace the cover for over $100 plus the installation cost of $80, and at least a week's wait, or, if I didn't mind having two very small screws visible on the back of the case, $80 and I could wait while it was being fixed; 45 minutes later I left with the repair done. Honest, straight forward and well priced. Couldn't have asked for more!

I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM.
