Most recent drop off was the regular-learned-the-hard-way-not-to-wash clothing items and hubby's fave à la Mr. Rodger's cardigan. Stretched out button holes, it had become incapable of keeping him snug, cozy. $8 per to tighten them = snug, cozy. I truly would have messed up this repair. ALL items cleaned with care, packaged appropriately ready to be worn this coming fall/winter. Short term drop-off/pick-up parking at entrance off of Westwood Boulevard and Holman Avenue. We usually walk to Sterling Cleaners for drop-off but pick-up via our car(s). Made the mistake at pick-up by parking in an employee only zone. Fortunately, thanks to efficient staff, I was only in an employee's space for mere minutes. Whew! Check-in on Yelp but there's no longer a discount along with it. When I mentioned this we were given a 25% off neighborhood courtesy. Sterling Cleaners now prefers a Google review but I'm gonna stick with Yelp.

They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations. They also took some stains out of my summer whites! If you are military and in the area, I highly recommend getting your uniformed serviced here.

He specifically told me I'd receive a new shirt with proof of purchase from an official Prada retailer. I have these promises in writing. But when I went to pick it up? What I received was an absolute joke: * No garment bag * No tags * No receipt * And the shirt looked used--as if someone pulled it out of the back of a closet To make matters even worse, the cashier at the location was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional. When I calmly asked her to contact management to help resolve the issue, she flat-out refused. I was left with no choice but to call the police to document the incident. (Yes, it's that bad.) I even have photos of the so-called "replacement" shirt they tried to pass off to me. Since then, Sajid has gone completely silent--no responses, no accountability, nothing. This place is the definition of shady, and they clearly have zero respect for customers or the high-value items they're trusted to care for. I am now pursuing legal action against Door to Door Cleaners and highly advise anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere. There are plenty of professional, ethical cleaners in L.A.--this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.
