They'll clean your items well, the problem is that their hours are so irregular that you can not count on them to be open to pick up important items. I called today and the voicemail and hours advertised on google says they are open from Monday through Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. So I went there and of course the business is closed as has happened to me many times while trying to pick up my uniforms. If your time means nothing to you then you should consider them but otherwise I do t recommend. read more

Wow this place is such a joke it's not even funny. Stay far far away unless you want your clothes to be damaged and have them take no responsibility for it! I came to pick up my $480 Maje dress that I had left to be dry cleaned for a holiday party. The dress literally only had one stain on it and that's all they needed to do. When I came back in to pick up the dress, the bottom hem of the dress was completely taken off and they didn't bother to sew it back together. It was hanging off and with the seam of it completely gone and they didn't even notice it until I said something to them! And when I brought it to their attention I got the nastiest attitude from the lady who works at the front and the audacity to say that the sewing must have come out during the dry cleaning. Wow. Now I feel 100% safe leaving my clothes with you. She didn't even care or genuinely apologize. Then she started to give me attitude. For a place in Beverly Hills, this is horrific customer service and I am so mad at myself for bringing my clothes here. If you want to protect your clothing especially if it's expensive, please don't make the same mistake I did and trust the other reviews! I don't even know if my dress is going to be fixed to the way it was when I brought it in. If I could give negative stars I would. I recently had Camden Cleaners clean two sets of curtains in my home. I talked with Alex prior to coming over and he gave me a rough estimate on the phone. He arrived on time and was very professional. He then looked over the curtains and we arrived at a price that was acceptable to both of us. They do excellent alterations. I've taken 3 shirts and 2 pants here to have them shortened and they all came out great. One tip if you are driving to pick up - call them beforehand so they can come out and bring your garments to you so you don't have to pay for parking. read more

They tend to clean my shirts well; however, I have had a few issues. -Some shirts have come back with what appear to be iron marks, yea, I can't wear those, thanks guys. -It's located in the bottom of the WME building, you must enter from an ally, weird. -My custom tailored shirts often come back not ironed well. -Hate the metal hangers -Dislike the fact that I have to give the same instructions to them every time, you use computers, put some notes in the system! Overall, better than the last place I tried. I had to literally get an injection in my rear end to cure the rash I got from the chemicals they used. SO much fun! read more

Every year when I stay in Beverly Hills I use Camden cleaners. This year I've been here for 3 weeks and I literally send laundry every other day. When I got my white shirts back - 2 under shirts and 3 lululemon gym shirts (quite new), my gym shirts had random black stains on them and under the arms, and the undershirts had yellow stains under the arm; also the shirts were no longer white but off white. I went and gave them back in the morning and was told the manager will call me. That was at 7.30 am. At 630 pm no one had called me yet. So, i called and the Russian- sounding lady who I think Is the manager answered me. I said" this morning. I gave back my ruined shirts, are they fixed?" She asked for my last name and when I told her she said "what do you need" and just to be clear she was already giving me attitude. I said " did you see my shirts" she said "yes" like nothing had happened. I said " did they look ok to you?" Then she started speaking to me in a loud voice almost yelling at me telling me that there a little black stains bla bla and then when I asked about the undershirts she said they were from sweat and when I said " they were not like that when I gave them to you" she said and I quote exactly "I didn't sweat in them". Yes that is exactly what she said to me!!!!! I said "excuse me why are you speaking to me like this" she went a rant in a loud voice about how I called and I accused her and how that's not how you speak on the phone and that I was accusing her and she didn't know what I was talking about and she went on and on and wouldn't stop. After I managed to interrupt her rant I told her this is not the way to speak to a customer and they were supposed to call me and she says I didn't know bla bla. The whole time her voice was yelling. I told her it is unnecessary to tell me that you did not sweat in my shirt and it is extremely rude- she said you were accusing me (what is this nonsense) and I told her that if she allowed to complete my sentence I was going to say maybe it reacted to the detergent because I have given these shirts before and they were fine- she bluntly said it's the same detergent. I kept telling her that all they needed to do was call me because like this it seems like they couldn't care less that they ruined my shirts. After that she said they were fixing the black spots and I told her to put bleach in my shirt to fix it and that's all I needed from the phone call that I should have received hours ago. She went on to lecture me about how I was supposed to call them- apparently I need to tell them my name and number and then explain the problem. I have asked my hotel to follow up with them because I will no longer Interact with them nor send my laundry ever again. read more

This is a first-class dry cleaning place, as far as I know using non-toxic products... environmentally conscious folks. I can't say the same for the sewing/repair services. They have skills, but I had to wait two months to get a lining repaired because they could not find the right lining. After the work was finished, the inside pocket was put on the opposite side... The lining was also not as secure as the original. This place is just A-OK. Overall, good dry cleaning. Not so great tailoring. read more
