First, I was told to come back on Monday after 6pm to pick it up. Went on Monday evening, just to be told oh no, it's going to take the whole week and won't be ready before Friday. When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners. I am amazed; you can buy zippers' all day on Amazon. Now if they chose not to do this repair I would understand. I pay Twenty-six dollars for this repair. I offered to buy the zipper and let them install it. I couldn't get a yes or no from the attendant. I, like many men my age, have prostate problems; I asked to use their bathroom and was denied. No sign nothing! Who would know? When someone walks into my business and ask to use the facilities', we always say. I consider it to be a human right. They are in distress, or they wouldn't ask.
