I offered to buy the zipper and let them install it. I couldn't get a yes or no from the attendant. I, like many men my age, have prostate problems; I asked to use their bathroom and was denied. No sign nothing! Who would know? When someone walks into my business and ask to use the facilities', we always say. I consider it to be a human right. They are in distress, or they wouldn't ask. Mary did make an effort to help us toward the end, which I appreciate, but unfortunately, my clothing remains missing. This is not simply about a misplaced piece of clothing. That dress was purchased for me to wear in my daughter's wedding. Because the cleaners cannot locate it, I am now facing the possibility of not being able to participate in one of the most important moments in my daughter's life as planned.
