I am a 78 year old man; I have been bringing my business to "Time Cleaners" for years. I wear a blue jumpsuit and you cannot purchase new ones in short and fat, they all have to be alters. I have to pay with cash, no problem, just remember. I have has them replacing the worn zippers, as I understand this is a common repair. I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks, which I was willing to do. I took another pair in for repairs (4th) the young Hispanic woman informed me that they couldn't do zippers anymore because their supplier no longer supplies' zippers! I am amazed; you can buy zippers' all day on Amazon. Now if they chose not to do this repair I would understand. I pay Twenty-six dollars for this repair. I offered to buy the zipper and let them install it. I couldn't get a yes or no from the attendant. I, like many men my age, have prostate problems; I asked to use their bathroom and was denied. No sign nothing! Who would know? When someone walks into my business and ask to use the facilities', we always say. I consider it to be a human right. They are in distress, or they wouldn't ask. I have a dark feeling that if I was a Hispanic woman, I would have been given permission. They have lost my business and I am telling everyone I know, avoid this place. Absolutely terrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Ruined $500 dollars worth of brand new FRC jeans (5 pairs that needed alterations).

I was in a mess with my daughters prom dress :( I had work done to it at another place and was so so sad to Discover that nothing was done to fix the dress right down to steaming it :( As soon as I stepped in the door at Time cleaners and explained my situation they went above and beyond and steamed my daughter's prom dress! same day service !!!! SAME DAY! I cried when I picked it up bc it was so beautiful! Heck I cried the morning I dropped it off bc I couldn't believe how compassionate they were of my story. I wish I could give this place a zero star...unbelievable I had my dress altered here and they promised me a day and I went at that time and they told me it wasn't ready and they hadn't even started...and I came back that night and it was "ready" and I didn't try it on at the place because first of all it's was disgusting!! and they told me they would press it for me and they said they didn't have time for that it would be even longer wait, so I told them no and I would take it somewhere else. so I get home and the dress wasn't even altered!!! this is horrible I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE...they don't care about there customers. read more

Bad customer service. Requested a zipper to be fix, the zipper was replace with a shorter zipper. Instead of resolving the problem my wife got insulted, sucjesting that she needed to loose weight. In this business, the costume is alway wrong. read more

Very unprofessional. I dropped my work pants off to be hemmed at the bottom on 02/04/2021 and they told me to pick up 02/08/2021. When I came to pick up my pants they DIDNT EVEN START! Wtf soooo unprofessional! I was extremely livid. Like it literally takes an hour to hem pants and you had 4 days to do so. They didnt even seem unapologetic. They most deff had "idgaf" attitudes. I brought in a 3 month old dress to be dry cleaned, it was given back with a piece totally missing that held the dress together. The solution on their end was to replace the part after they told me it broke on the machine, i reluctantly agreed to allow some type of replacement. I went back once a week and they acknowledged they were unable to find a part. This happened for about 2 months of me waiting and checking in. I finally went in and said they I just needed reimbursement, the owner then told me it was my responsibility to find a part (bs) and that all I wanted was money for the dress (at this point yes) he was extremely rude and kept arguing with me. I attempted to negotiate a price of the items worth and he said no and walked to the back. So here I am left with no dress, no refund, and the worst taste in my mouth. I guess small claims is the solution. I would not be surprised if he treats his employees unfairly and takes advantage of them also. Ive never been so appalled at a business. Awful awful awful. They ruined 2 of my brand new tops. One was brought in just for ironing and was given back to be with SEVERAL large rust-colored stains. They re-cleaned, and still had some spots. The owner said "that's from the machine, nothing we can do" turned around and walked off. The second shirt all the buttons were ripped off. Unless you have money & clothes to just throw away... NEVER bring your clothes here! read more

Look at this ironing service! I didn't want to give them any star on my review but had no choice!! This was from within 24 hrs picked up and second job done. Now my husband's shirt got some fade mark and almost having holes :( U can definitely tell it is from ironing pressure if u see my picture closely..Only way they can handle customer complain is blame on customer instead of apology and say nothing we can't do about it... Lol how easy to handle their service business.. Thanks for giving me the worst experience with you!!! It will cost me to buy new shirt but now i know for sure i will never go there again and can tell my neighbors don't go to your shop!! read more

WARNING! This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. The ladies were nice, but promised me things (time to pick up, their ability to remove a spot, etc) that the manager (owner?) then said that were ridiculous.... did he bother to call me to warn me not to show up a 3rd time when it wouldn't be ready as promised AGAIN? - Nope! And there were no apologies offered even though I had to make 4 trips there before they finally got it done. Rather than stand behind the different things his people had promised, he chose to tell me that it's not his problem and along with a few other insults said that no one wants to deal with me anyway so he doesn't care if he loses my business. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else! Anyone that rude to customers does not deserve to stay in business. read more

Great experience the 1st time. Took my daughter's dress in for cleaning the 2nd time. The chemicals they used ruined her dress. Owner rudely suggested that the dress was cheap (I told him I bought it on sale) and he told me that's what happens when I buy cheap stuff. If this Owner values a customer's garment based on how much one pays for it, I would rather take my business somewhere else. read more

This establishment has absolutely the worse customer service. A dress was taken in to have one small spot removed. The lady who helped us stated they could remove the stain with no problem. We came back on the day they stated and the spot wasn't removed. We showed the spot and the lady acknowledge that she saw it & that it wold be taken care of. Came back later and THEY HADNT CLEANED THE DRESS. In the end the manager rudely refused to give a discount even though the dress was NINE DAYS LATE. The manager was rude when talking with us, the would interrupt us or turn and walk off. In the end he just walked out of the building. This place does not deserve customers. Dropped off 2 pairs of men's slacks for dry cleaning and repairs to pockets. When I went to pick up they couldn't find one of the pairs of pants and didn't fix one of the pockets - paid over 7 bucks for 2 pants- not cheap for so so service! read more

Stay away. I've used this cleaners almost exclusively since moving to Willis. I got a shirt back the other day with stains on the front & back. I figured it happens, so I took it back to be re-cleaned. They did not get the stains out. They told me to take it to the main location (this location). They tried to clean it again with no success. I asked for compensation. The clerk go the owner who completely denied responsibility. She said they did not stain it, that I had spilled food on it. However, the tag they put on the shirt said it had discoloration. I tried to explain to her that it did not have those stains on it when I brought it in & that if I had spilled food on it, it would have only been on the front. She wouldn't even listen to me - acted as if I wasn't there. It was the most unprofessional encounter I have had in a very long time. Needless to say, I got nothing but a ruined shirt. read more
