The employee who says she was a manager Lena took my coat and gave me a ticket for it. I receive a call a few days later stating that they couldn't repair the coat because it would cost more than the ticket was written for. I told the lady on the phone to return it to the location and I would take it somewhere else to get dry cleaned and fixed. I went to the cleaner twice to pick up my coat and it wasn't returned yet. When my husband went to pick it up, they wanted to charge him for dry cleaning when I told them not to dry clean. He returned home to tell me this. I told him to just go back and pick it up and don't worry about the cost. When he arrived back a few days ago, the employee who was supposed to be a manager lied and said I picked up the coat and I didn't. She couldn't even show me the camera where I picked the coat up. I have not received a call from the owners about this and all the employees at this location are giving me the run around. Don't use this location ever if you expect to get your clothes back or in the condition you gave it to them in. Please read the reviews. They lie, cheat and will steal your clothes. I have had to work out in the cold for a week now with no money to buy a coat. I even went into the cleaners and cried my eyes out begging for them to pay for my coat. Absolutely no sympathy. Because the cleaners cannot locate it, I am now facing the possibility of not being able to participate in one of the most important moments in my daughter's life as planned.
