Imagine my shock when I was given my total and found out that the dress after the 20% off was $33 and the windbreaker was $19. Holy cow I've had comforters cleaned for less than that. I understand prices may have gone up, but this is ridiculous. To top it all off the dress wasn't even covered correctly, and the lady handing it to me, drug it on the floor. Tide cleaners you won't be seeing me anytime soon.

When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners.
