This store in Crocker Park is exactly like every other Coach store. That's part of the designer style, I suppose. The staff are eager to sell you something, but aren't pushy; they understand that more patrons are window-shoppers than actual paying customers. I cannot pull up my membership or take advantage of the discounts and promos. The manager today told me he had no problem pulling up his- what a way to deal! I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. My husband and I visited from Pittsburgh, and we stayed in the Hyatt Place hotel for two nights. During the days, we walked along the sidewalks to the stores and restaurants. I noticed that employees in some stores did not speak to me at all, but employees in other stores did greet me and make conversation. I especially enjoyed shopping in the Eddie Bauer and the World Market. My husband and I ate meals at several restaurants, including Another Broken Egg, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Graeter's Ice Cream, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Pacific East, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Texas de Brazil, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Overall, we enjoyed our visit here for a couple of days. I recommend this town center to local and non-local people.

Employees are too lazy to train, but somehow want shift lead/assistant manager position pay. They talk about you and customers for no reason, to other employees. I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes.

Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount. I have asked employees if they would honor the online code and they said that they could not - seems a bit silly to me. All in all, the clothing is well styled but not made all that well. At the price point, it's PERFECT for a growing child. I'll return to buy more, but only when things are on sale.
