After seeing Arslanian Brothers' commercials for years, I finally decided to give them a call to learn more about their services. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!

Warm, friendly, attentive - the ability to make customers feel welcome and wanted in our store, even when we are somewhat short staffed. It's important to greet people in your store or get to them as fast as you can. Find a way to let them know you're grateful they showed up to support your business. It's hard to wait on more than one person at a time, but this is NOT the case at McDhurries. I left after spending *OVER AN HOUR* with NO ASSISTANCE OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Very frustrated and angry, I called my decorator who said they no longer use McDhurries for teh same reason - there is a man there that is the most offensive and awful person to speak to. ***BOTTOM LINE: I will never go back there. A shame since I have just finished remodeling and needed many rugs for my home.

We wondered upon walking in to their showroom if we were a bit out of our league as both the space and their rug selection are really lovely and fancy looking. They have MANY options in many styles, sizes, and prices. A man named Thome greeted us and took time to understand what we were looking for. Despite our tight budget, he never made us feel out of place, in fact he assured us that we could find something. He was right. When we found a rug we thought we liked, he encouraged us to take it home and try it out for free. He loaded the rug into our car and off we went. When I called back a few days later to tell him we loved the rug and would be keeping it, he remembered us right away and took care of everything over the phone. He was friendly and efficient and made me wish that we had more rugs to buy! Their selection is beautiful and so is their service!

Our experience with Flooring Concepts was very disappointing. When we were scheduled for service,…read morethe timeline suddenly changed from what it was when we signed the contract. We felt scammed because timing was very important to us, but had to proceed despite feeling the owner was dishonest. The crew that was sent to install (Tim and Giovanni) was unprofessional and made a lot of mistakes. It got to a point where we felt uncomfortable with them in our home. When they did show up, we caught one of the workers laying on our new carpet and rolling around. When we brought up the issues to the owner and installation manager (and sent proof), they did not seem to care. It seemed as if this was normal for them. Any solutions were brought up by us and no solutions were provided by the company. We even had to point out a lot of mistakes that were made that the installation manager missed. At one point, we had to facilitate getting our carpet to our home because one of the workers wanted to leave and we had to do the labor of carrying the carpet into our home. When we finally got another crew out, they were confused about why our project took 7 days when they said they could have it completed in 2. At the end, when discussing with the owner, we felt he was he acted rude, aggressive, and condescending. The dishonesty and lack of communication throughout the process was the worst we've experienced through 5 years of home improvements. An actual quote from the owner was, "I only care about the numbers." After fighting with them for a week, the end product is acceptable but not as expected or worth the price. This company does not care about the job they do, they say themselves they only care about the numbers.

I have NOT received the couch and after multiple phone calls to Kirkland's, nothing has happened. They WON'T allow you to speak w/a supervisor. And they have to send a 'message' to their Supervisor. When I called back, they informed me a supervisor had NOT YET READ MY FILE. It honestly doesn't surprise me. I then asked for my money back. This is now January 14th. Their on line order states you will have your couch in 4-7 business days. You can do the math, November 30th to January 14th. I was given a March 2022 delivery date. More than a month after placing the order and paying the deposit, the sales person called me and said the sofa leather was discontinued. At that point I had already ordered a rug and coordinating chairs making it difficult to choose a replacement. Why didnt the sales rep confirm the leather color at the time of deposit??? When March 2022 came the sales rep called me saying there was a delay until April. In fact there were multiple other delays and the sofa was not delivered until August 2022 The sales rep never bothered to proactively call me with updates. Each time I had to call her after multiple missed delivery dates Additionally the sofa was initially delivered with a broken electric part for the reclining seat. Finally when the chairs were in, more than 1 year after ordering I called the store and asked for a discount for the second delivery charge and the lack of information. The extremely rude owner called and tried to say we're not going to sell you the chairs now, even though I had a sales contact and paid a deposit for the chairs. Unbelievable!! He finally agreed to deliver the chairs but said he wasn't going to handle any warranty issues even though that's the stores responsibility according to the manufacturer.
