The worst. I love H&M and this is the only in store location near me. Every time I go to the check out the internet does not work. I cannot pull up my membership or take advantage of the discounts and promos. The manager today told me he had no problem pulling up his- what a way to deal! I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. It's the principle of providing a discount for members yet not being able to access it. read more

Terrible return policy. Had horrible customer service from "Sarah" at Crocker Park. He or she was very rude, acted annoyed with me and was condescending. My young daughter was with me and she even noticed how rude and strange the transaction was with Sarah. Sarah is a horrible "person" for H & M to have communicating with customers. Sarah didn't even know the return policy, as he or she returned my item for full price not noticing the discount at the bottom of the receipt. I didn't notice this until I returned something else the next day. H & M is losing money with people like Sarah working the register. Closing the dressing rooms an hour before closing time is ridiculous. It's strange and makes customers feel like us trying on clothes is too much of a bother that they have to close early to make sure everyone gets to leave on time. It's extremely poor customer service and I recommend with their horrible return policy they revisit this policy. read more

If it wasn't for the down right cheap GIRL finds, I would give 2 stars. I also do a lot of Xmas shopping here for all my nieces and nephews, it's the one place their parents aren't already shopping at for them, and I can get some unique items they don't already have. I also get a kick out of their accessories and costume jewelry. Nothing here is the best quality, but their pricing is one of a kind. So why not more stars??? First of all, this place gets super busy. There is always a long ass line to check out. Not only am I going to give you hundreds of dollars for cheap things that I will prob never ware or ware once or twice; now I have to wait 20 minutes on top of it. Also, the staff at this location are as useless as tits on a bull (stole that from the movie Casino). Your in the dressing room and need another size? Too bad. See something on a mannequin and can't find it on the racks? Who cares. You slip and fall and break your neck....? You get the point. That kind of customer service will not be tolerated, I don't care if you are the Wal Mart of cool clothes. read more

I normally love H&M, so it pains me to even write this, but this location had pathetic "service" and even more miserably atrocious management. Seriously. They need to fire every person that works there and hire all new staff because the current employees are worthless. Go to any other H&M. Cashier picked a fight with me, and called the manager--who then tried to find every excuse not to refund me my money. I bought a t-shirt there, wore it ONCE, and found a tiny hole in it. First it was "maybe you bought it damaged and they had marked it as a final sale." I pulled out the receipt to show it was not a final sale item. "Well, we don't take things back after you wear them." I should be able to wear a t-shirt purchased from H&M MORE THAN ONCE. and if I can't, then H&M needs to take it back, apologetically even. Not try and weasel out of it by fabricating excuses. Deplorable. Then it was "we will let you exchange it for another of the same kind." WHY would I want to buy the same crappy t-shirt AGAIN?! I said no, I want store credit. This H&M is an embarrassment. read more

AWFUL! Cashier tried picking a fight with me. Then when I noticed my bag, he tore the tags off my items so that I couldn't return them! Talk about unethical and rude!!!!!! I am so disappointed that a business can operate in such a manner. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. My friend found a mannequin hand ON the GROUND, picked it up and put it on a shelf and walked away. About one minute later, while we were shopping for items, we were approached by a very unpleasant and mean younger lady. We were belittled and accused of trying to steal or break this mannequin hand. I felt VERY uncomfortable and like I was not even a human. We went back, FIXED the mannequin that was BROKEN before we got there, and I put my merchandise back. They lost business. As we were walking down the stairs, this woman came up from behind us and explained that we had bad attitudes and that she doesn't "appreciate it". Horrible experience and I've never felt so uncomfortable and belittled in my entire life. Do not shop here. read more

I Prefer this H&M over the other in, Great Northern & South park. There is a lot more merchandise available here than in the other stores. The store is fairly clean and the staff is always helpful when you find them, They wear regular clothes and only have a small name tag, so you have to search for them a little bit. My recent experience with them was positive the sales associate helped me find the clothes I was looking for and also contacted another store for another size. I would say if you're gonna shop, do it here. read more
