I cannot pull up my membership or take advantage of the discounts and promos. The manager today told me he had no problem pulling up his- what a way to deal! I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. It's the principle of providing a discount for members yet not being able to access it.

Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. My husband and I visited from Pittsburgh, and we stayed in the Hyatt Place hotel for two nights. During the days, we walked along the sidewalks to the stores and restaurants. I noticed that employees in some stores did not speak to me at all, but employees in other stores did greet me and make conversation. I especially enjoyed shopping in the Eddie Bauer and the World Market. My husband and I ate meals at several restaurants, including Another Broken Egg, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Graeter's Ice Cream, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Pacific East, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Texas de Brazil, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I don't know designers, and I don't really care to know designers...except when it comes to Coach. I lived in NYC for 2 years and never gave a second glance to the designer bags that surrounded me. Then I moved to Maryland, met my boyfriend, fell in love, and was given my first Coach purse as a Christmas gift. It was all downhill from there. I am now slightly addicted to Coach. This store in Crocker Park is exactly like every other Coach store. That's part of the designer style, I suppose. The staff are eager to sell you something, but aren't pushy; they understand that more patrons are window-shoppers than actual paying customers. I often go here, gaze lustfully at the pretty, pretty bags, and then go on my way. Because, really, I can't drop $500 on a bag. That's what the Coach outlet is for!
