I cannot pull up my membership or take advantage of the discounts and promos. The manager today told me he had no problem pulling up his- what a way to deal! I have no reason to lie about my wifi NEVER working in there. I have seen many other guests struggle as I wait as well. On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. It's the principle of providing a discount for members yet not being able to access it.

Then I moved to Maryland, met my boyfriend, fell in love, and was given my first Coach purse as a Christmas gift. It was all downhill from there. I am now slightly addicted to Coach. This store in Crocker Park is exactly like every other Coach store. That's part of the designer style, I suppose. The staff are eager to sell you something, but aren't pushy; they understand that more patrons are window-shoppers than actual paying customers. I often go here, gaze lustfully at the pretty, pretty bags, and then go on my way. Because, really, I can't drop $500 on a bag. That's what the Coach outlet is for!
