When I came in to get them she handed them over and I looked at the job she did. She only ran two seams across the bottom of the pants legs. Entirely visible, ugly and crude. I expected that she understood what "hemmed" means. No, these were not hemmed (no seam should be visible)! I could have done this myself at home on my sewing machine. What a rip-off for $20! And now there was no time to fix it before the wedding (in 4 days!).

One would think that a discount was appropriate for my inconvenience. I needed my suit for an occasion and was unable to do so. Their sign states that they have a seven point quality check. They clearly did not do a quality check on my suit. I used them twice. Both times, my newly dry cleaned suits were wrinkled. I am so disappointed in their service and their service recovery.

Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!
