I was sent to the dressing rooms to work for the rest of the day and gotten told to "do my job" in front of customers, by the manager, as he walks by. He could have pulled me aside and told me that. I'm not going to discourage people to not work here, just giving my perspective at this place. It's a great job to work if they have people who are fun to work with and not a'holes.

Simply checking the "pick up in store" option allows you to get the same clothes you would in the store at an added discount. I have asked employees if they would honor the online code and they said that they could not - seems a bit silly to me. All in all, the clothing is well styled but not made all that well. At the price point, it's PERFECT for a growing child. I'll return to buy more, but only when things are on sale.

I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

Definitely there's a lot of seasonal stuff for gardening (including lots of outdoor plants) and vacations. This store has a lot of clothes including brands like French Connection (wild!) and Target brands. I purchased multiple pants, shorts, and swimsuits. I really appreciated that there was a wide range of clothes for plus size (my size). I also got dishwashing liquid and garbage bags. I spent around $30 which was a steal considering my haul. Service at this Marc's is ok. The employee put my clothes together with dishwashing liquid which could have been a disaster but turned out fine. He was friendly though. P.S. I went in a few times around Christmas looking for sweaters for my husband. I had basically two sweaters to choose from because they had so few options in his size (which has to be one of the most common men's sizes, which maybe was the problem, but hello it's Christmas -- can you keep your store somewhat stocked?) Im realizing that I'm always harder on retail shops, because deep down I don't really like shopping to begin with. I'm just so much happier to have something magically show up on my doorstep. I have nothing negative to say about the store clerks here, but it does seem like their dressing rooms or maybe just the whole place could use a facelift. It just feels cramped and cluttered, like I fell into a well-lit closet full of distressed denim and brightly colored cardigans. And good luck navigating the racks if there's a parent with a stroller in there, because they almost certainly will run you over.
