Sad to report that this boutique owner does not pay her vendors. We met when she ordered from my…read morewholesale account on Faire.com - after she had some issues with Faire, I made allowances and helped her to switch items outside the platform. Big mistake! After that she saw an item I had posted on Facebook and requested a wholesale order be custom made to her specifications. Upon receipt she gave positive reviews: months later after not receiving payment, I reached out. She mentioned that they had not sold well and I politely reminded her that these items were made to her specifications and that their selling is her sole responsibility, like any other wholesale account. I paid out materials and labors for manufacturing what is essentially her design, and she has yet to pay. She stopped responding months ago - I have screen shots of the entire exchange. Consigners or vendors beware. Jennifer Batistelli will take advantage of you.

Called customer service number ti see if, I could return at this location. Was told I could. One there, had an issue with not wanting to give me the original payment method. This store wanted to give me a gift card when I had the original receipt with tags. Manager Steve acted as if he wanted to fight as was very rude. Very poor customer service. But they do not sell cups of coffee. I was told they have complimentary coffee for shoppers while they shop (haha- I guess that is the connection to the name) I am sure it is a nice store for clothes and accessories, but sadly it is not a shop that sells coffee.

Went in to look at dyes and had already picked out a bleach kit to do my hair, the sales associate…read morehad approached me told me I didn't want that kit and handed me a tube of bleach instead which I thought was odd but figured she knew more about hair products so dismissed it and put back the kit. I had seen her also give the customer before me the same tube so thought it was just a good product. I was wrong, I had realized after I had gotten home to do my hair and the bleach didn't work at all that she most likely just had to make a sales quota. (Had to go buy a bleach kit from another store) She had also helped me pick out two dyes a blue dye and black. Neither of them turned out the color they were suppose to the blue came out grayish and the black came out reddish brown. I ended up just going to Wal-Mart and buying dye there after these products failed and came out awful. Long story short probably never going to buy their products again after wasting $46 dollars on garbage products.
