Went to North Olmsted Men's Warehouse and was treated with the upmost disrespect. We had an…read moreappointment at 5:15, we arrived early, then treated as though we were stupid, being asked "if we had an appointment". We were rushed, the improper measurements taken, the staff member (named Tony) continuously complaining that he "couldn't wait to leave and get out of here" and that "they don't have the man power" (although we were the only people there. He did not remeasure once the (incorrect) suits were tried on, then had us checked out before we could even answer questions and he was out the door before we were. We decided to go with a much better store, and called men's warehouse to cancel our rental and get a refund. We were recommended to go in store instead, but once we arrived we waited for 35 minutes (and saw one person with an appointment not be helped until 15 minutes after his appointment, and another person told that it would take 30 minutes to purely ring him up with information they already had in their system). The woman (we did not get introduced) proceeded to have us write down our phone numbers and told us they'd call us to cancel. She was rude, racially prejudiced, spoke with a disrespectful tone, and overall unhelpful. Mens Warehouse, if you are unable to take appointments in a timely manner because low staffing, then do not schedule too many appointments (as i assume this is the main reason so many of their workers are miserable). If this is not the reason, then I hope that they stop looking for "rude, disrespectful, poor task management, and bad customer service" on the resumes of their staff members. I suggest not using them for any event, and finding a more local, professional, and helpful store near North Olmsted!

My husband let Jay know that he was looking for a suit for tomorrow, and Jay took his measurements and then knew exactly what cuts and sizes to bring my husband to get him in a suit that looked as close to perfect on him as possible without tailoring. It was actually impressive to see. It's that kind of skill in your profession combined with top-notch customer service that deserves a raise or bonus, in my opinion--especially in today's day and age, where it feels like that combo is getting rarer and rarer.
