I love Crocker but something is odd. Most restaurants I used to love are gone, there's not one restaurant left, what's happening? Other than the good old Yard House, questionable Leo's (great location but food and service are awful), some hot chicken place, Cheese Cake factory ( great cakes but horrible food) and Hyde Park (high end food) that's it! Also, now they moved that grotesque furniture store that took the space of two restaurants and a store, it's alway empty...too expensive for most of us! Why not bring Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, more accessible prices and more variety. I've been to other open malls in California, Las Vegas, the East side etc they're booming and fun! Crocker is definitely struggling it's very sad but soon it will collapse! read more

There is something magical about walking around Crocker Park. With many stores, restaurants and different adventures to have. Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. There are lots of parking lots so we usually plan ahead to see what we want to visit and find a garage in that area. read more

Crocker Park is a nice, walkable town center that has dozens of stores (e.g., groceries, clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products, furniture, home goods, books, and electronics), dozens of casual and upscale restaurants, entertainment businesses (e.g., movie theater, SandBox VR, and Escape Room), a Hyatt Place hotel, several banks, many business offices, metered street parking, garages, etcetera. My husband and I visited from Pittsburgh, and we stayed in the Hyatt Place hotel for two nights. During the days, we walked along the sidewalks to the stores and restaurants. I noticed that employees in some stores did not speak to me at all, but employees in other stores did greet me and make conversation. I especially enjoyed shopping in the Eddie Bauer and the World Market. My husband and I ate meals at several restaurants, including Another Broken Egg, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Graeter's Ice Cream, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Pacific East, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Texas de Brazil, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Overall, we enjoyed our visit here for a couple of days. I recommend this town center to local and non-local people. read more

I am pleased with the space to enjoy going to different places with my two daughters. We had a plan to go here and it's nice that there are so many different stores to browse and or get stuff from. Plenty of choices to shop at and it is a great place to do some shopping on a nice day like it was for us that day we went. Lots of great value on the items in the stores that we did go into. I am also satisfied with the service we received in the stores from the associates working in any particular store. They all seemed pretty friendly and willing to help us find different things in the stores. read more

Nice shopping area in Westlake right off of I-90. This area keeps growing and adding great new stores and restaurants to go along with established anchors like Trader Joe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Apple. The grounds are attractive and walking around is part of the fun. Inner road parking may fill up, but there are a few parking garages to use. read more

We haven't been here for quite some time, and either it's grown, or I just don't remember it being this big. There are high end stores everywhere, loads of restaurants, beautiful flowers, and seating areas, along with a splash pad for kids. There is a venue for weddings or other special occasions, as well as housing. What a great place to live! We were here in the morning, so it wasn't crowded. Very nice to walk around and window shop and enjoy the scenery. They have all kind of events going on such as farmers markets on Saturday, movie night, a wine event, etc. If I was a young person, I would definitely want to live here. read more

While the place offers several higher-end stores that you can't find anywhere else on the Westside of the Cleveland metropolitan area, I can't advocate for these Lifestyle Centers. It's built to mimic pedestrian urban areas, which you'd think is fine. Until you realize how the development invites so many cars to penetrate the "walkable" plazas. It's so unsafe. Drivers hate the people who walk across the streets without looking both ways. Pedestrians love the area until they realize it's a non-climate-controlled shopping mall where a car can freely hit your kid if you get distracted by the LuluLemon for a quick second. Oh, and is it truly a walkable space if hardly anyone can walk to get there? Parking is not straightforward, and it can be quite expensive. This area reminds me how spaces are designed to entertain those who have money or pretend to have money. It's not a space for the common person, and I hate it. Come here if you need to go to a specific store in the area. Do your homework on the parking before you go. But otherwise, I'd rather hang out in downtown Cleveland instead of a center of overpriced chain restaurants. read more

The parking has gotten obnoxious. I generally avoid Crocker Park because of the parking. I went to the Cheesecake Factory with a friend for lunch and parked at a meter. Put in a quarter and it registered 8 minutes - I put in the 6 quarters that I had for a total of 48 minutes. I got change and put in another $1. After lunch we then got in the car to drive to a favorite store that was too far to walk to with the rain and wind. Parked again and paid again. I am older and do not want to park in a dark garage and hike to different stores. read more

Crocker Park is a beautiful outside mall in Westlake, Ohio. I am so excited to come here this summer (2018). I came here for the first time during my 2nd weekend in Cleveland so this review is long overdue (I moved to Cleveland on Saturday, 12 August 2017). I arrived to this mall on a Friday evening after work (18 August 2017) with my roommate. The weather was perfect for walking around and checking out the sites. I remember that there was live music playing and there were alot of families just having a good time. I was so impressed with this mall that I kept saying "Wow, Wow" to my roommate....haha. This mall even looks better than Easton in Columbus. There is a giant chess section which I thought was really cool. The food options are endless so you will definitely find something that you like including dessert (ice-cream). I got food from the Pasta Co-Op and my meal was delicious. This is a family friendly mall with plenty to do especially in the summer. I've been to this area before to shop at the Target. I accidentally discovered this place while looking for a Graeter's Ice Cream location on my drive towards the east coast (as there's a great location in Northbrook, IL). As I approached this shopping center, it became obvious from the road and surrounding stores that this was is an upscale, well designed shopping center. When I drove in, I was surprised to see the luxury in terms of art work, public seating, store selection, architecture, etc. offered here. I was just stunned by how beautiful the shopping center is, with plenty of parking, walkable streets, logical layout, quiet ambiance, etc. As I visited several restaurants and stores in Crocker Park, I was pleased to find out that the experience of these shops matches the beauty of the shopping center. I wish I had more time to experience more of this mall as it was an impressive and enjoyable experience throughout. There should be more wonderful places like this around America to bring the feel of a big city to a spacious and beautiful experience of a smaller town. read more

First time coming here. The Cleveland natives claimed this place has changed so well over the years for the better but this place is absolutely beautiful. There's so much to do and explore, I just wish I could know more about the history behind the place but there's tons of familiar upscale shops, also located off the highway too but be forewarned of trying to avoid the parking garage though it's $1 an hour but there's no shame in cutting corners in some areas. There's free parking in plenty of the areas.. There's definitely so much to explore here! Highly recommend. read more

Crocker Park is an amazing location for high-end shopping. There are shops galore though my favorite location is Barnes & Noble. Well, Barnes & Noble and the Apple store. Well, Barnes & Noble, the Apple store, and Texas de Brazil. Again, all high-end. Texas de Brazil is a Oli can eat Brazilian steakhouse where they bring you piece of meat on skewers and slip it onto your plate as long as you have your color up on green. There's also a salad bar though not any type of salad bar I've ever experienced before. It's $45 a person but well worth it if you're a mediator. Definitely a special occasion type of venue. The two story Barnes & Noble is one of my favorite bookstores in the area and the Apple store is always a treat to go into, Peru's, and dream just a little bit. There are many other stores that I do not really frequent but they are quite nice. Also have enjoyed Aladdin eatery as well as spaghetti warehouse. read more

What an awesome place to do some outdoor shopping. Everything you need can be found here, from Barnes and Noble to Nordstrom Rack, H&M, an Apple Store, Dick's Sporting Goods, a movie theatre, Trader Joes, and more. There are also many great restaurants you can find here as well, from Blue Sushi to Yard House, Burntwood Tavern and much more. Lots of parking available too, both in the many garages scattered across the outdoor mall and off the street. I believe you may have to pay for it (I don't know for sure because I was staying at the hotel part of the mall), but I don't think it is too pricey. Overall a very cheery atmosphere, and I love how they even include a "Fitness Loop" for people to exercise and do shopping at the same time. The "Fitness Loop" takes you on a mile walk (or jog, or run) around the outdoor shopping centre - what a brilliant idea! I wouldn't recommend coming here on a rainy day obviously, otherwise, this place absolutely rocks! I'll be back for sure. read more

I LOVE Crocker Park! This is an outdoor mall shopping area that is not only beautiful but has many shops you do not see at other malls. (Vionic shoes, Marc Jacobs, Apple etc) My favorite stores are Vionic Shoes, Sephora, Soma, Bath and Body, Dicks Sporting Goods, and the Movie Theater. There are many excellent restaurants to choose from so you have a great day to shop, eat and go check out a movie. The on site parking is not ideal as it is always full and is costly metered parking. However, behind Dicks sporting goods is a free parking garage that we always take advantage of. We love this location and will continue to visit often! read more

The last time I went to Crocker park, I realized that they now have installed meters in the surface level parking lot in the promenade (near giant eagle). This includes metered parking (with a two hour limit) for folks with disabilities seeking to utilize the handicapped parking spots. Making folks pay for their legally granted handicapped parking should be illegal. Absolutely ridiculous. I filed a complaint a few weeks ago and still haven't heard back, but I wanted to leave a review so that folks with disabilities know that crocker Park is actively inaccessible for anyone seeking to utilize their handicapped parking spot. read more

When Crocker Park first opened I loved the place. It was nice to finally have an outdoor shopping center with restaurants as well. Now....the shopping center has been expanded to the point that it isn't worth the hassle at times. Overall, it's still A-OK. The store selection is mainly chain stores. The only local store that comes to mind is the CLE store that is tucked over behind Yard House. Most of the stores are clothing and shoe stores for women and children. Outside of that is Barnes and Noble, Sur La Table, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Trader Joe's. Within the complex is a Regal Cinema. The restaurants are mostly chains that you'd find at any similar shopping center. Restaurants include Yard House, Brio, Texas de Brazil, Blue Martini, and Cheesecake Factory. Some of the local restaurants are Burntwood Tavern, B Spot, Aladdin's, and a 87 West. Coming from Las Vegas and wanting to eat somewhere unique I found my options were very limited. The shopping center sidewalks and common areas are well designed and well maintained. The landscaping is very nice and the sidewalks are always clean. I really like the benches and seating areas that line the walkways. Parking is my only real complaint about the shopping center. When they first opened they offered a combination of garages and surface lots. With all of the additional stores and restaurants being built they have moved to primarily garage parking. There are some metered spots along the drives of the shopping area, but I rarely see one available. I live in Las Vegas so I use parking garages all the time, but I don't understand garages in the suburbs. Why try to put the hassles of a city into a suburban shopping center? The garages are really tight too. I saw a guy crunch his small SUV coming around a corner when I was visiting at Christmas time. The shopping center is too much work for a quick stop, but definitely a great option if you have time to spend dining and shopping for awhile. I mostly come here to meet up with friends since there is plenty of shopping and entertainment after having a nice meal. read more

If you are looking to go on a shopping spree, Crocker Park may be a great option to consider. Just a few blocks from I-90 Crocker Park is accessible from any direction and is filled with quality shopping and plenty of great restaurants. This outdoor shopping mall in my opinion is best enjoyed in the spring, summer and fall but hey this is northeast Ohio so you'll find shoppers enjoying this shopping experience in the middle of the winter braving the bitter cold despite the piles of snow and salt crusted sidewalks. There are several garages available that provide parking free of charge, street parking is also available if you're feeling lucky. The area continues to expand and the varieties of finer shops, restaurants and novelty stores just keep getting better. There has also been an influx of banking and investment groups making their presents known here turning this shopping venue into a mini financial district. read more

Its a very cool and vibrant outdoor shopping complex. Best place to hang out, specially in the evenings; there's live music at the square. Lots of kids activities including seasonal express train and splash pad zone. Plenty of seating options including comfy couches throughout the shopping complex. Besides the retail stores, there's many restaurants and few fast food stores. Parking is very convenient. There's free garage parking (totally walkable) and paid street parking throughout the shopping complex. The entire shopping complex area is not too large, yet its a very cozy and lively place to hang out. But yeah, all of this is applicable only during summer. In winter, there's not much to do since its an outdoor complex, except for the Christmas lighting. I have lived in several different states throughout the US, and I'm still amazed to see how beautiful Crocker Park is! It offers so much to the people be it the live music, kids activities, seating arrangements, etc. Usually, its not too crowded, hence parking is easy too; another big plus point!! read more

Beautiful outdoor mall. When I first moved to North East Ohio, this is where the wife liked to go and visit. Thankfully even with the state of things now. It looks just as amazing. I love the outdoor areas. The Bar next to the water play section for kids. Or the gigantic chess table alongside checker/chess tables near the fountain where they occasionally have live music. The mix of businesses is also a plus. If you lived here you would honestly never have to really leave to have a little bit of everything within a few blocks. It's nice to know that this place is still doing well. Is also dog friendly. They also have dog poop bags pretty much throughout. If you're bored and want somewhere to visit and walk around this is your spot. Something for everyone. And even more amazing at night when it's all lit up or through the holidays. read more

Crocker Park and I go WAYYYY back! In fact, my first job was here back in 2006! I worked at the Abercrombie & Fitch (where Alter'd State resides currently). They have done a great job of keeping it up since then with new shops and restaurants that people are sure to love! My sister lives in Westlake almost across the street from Crocker, so we are here often when I'm in town visiting (I currently live in Columbus). We enjoy getting dinner and drinks at Yard House, shopping around Homage & lululemon, getting ice cream at Graeters! (bonus that Crocker is home to the only Graeter's in CLE!) and we have also seen quite a few movies here. We are currently looking forward to the opening of Hot Chicken Takeover in September (another one of my faves!) I actually stayed over my sister's on a weekend and did my Saturday morning long run all around Crocker. It was fun just running back and forth in between all the shops when they were closed. There was also a Farmer's Market going on that morning which I believe starts at 9a every Saturday. Only feedback I have for Crocker (and where they lose a star) is that I LOATHE the Anthony Vince Nail Salon located there (see their business page for my 1 star review). They did a TERRIBLE and cheap job on a $60 mani. So my sis and I next time tried to go to Prive Nail Spa and before we even got seated, we found out that they were owned by the same company as Anthony Vince and we straight up left. So I'd like to see them house a reputable nail spa that actually cares about the services they provide. I'd also like to see them add a Malley's Chocolates and Madewell. Other than that, you can find me here any time I'm in CLE. It's for sure the number one place I shop when I'm up there. read more

Crocker Park is phenomenal and way more encompassing than just a mall. Crocker is home to tons of retailers and restaurants, with tons of variety. My favorite part about Crocker is the sense of community, including all of the events that they put on throughout the year. For instance, they have exercise classes and outdoor movies during the summer. In the winter seasons, they set up beautiful decor, including Christmas trees decorated by participating businesses within Crocker. They also offer 4th of July fireworks. Parking can be a little tricky, but there are plenty of garages on the property. If you're willing to walk a bit, parking should be no problem. read more

Having grown up in Westlake just a mile down the road, the city sure has changed a lot in the last 20 years. I worked for the City of Westlake as a summer intern in the Engineering department before any construction for Crocker Park even began. Now on to the present day...Crocker is a great place for shopping, date night, dining, catching a movie, or simply walking or people watching. It's essentially and outdoor mall. There's a good number of chain restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory, Bar Louie, Brio, Hyde Park, Menchies, Aladdin's, and Chipotle. They also have a B Spot, a local burger chain and Vieng's Asian Bistro for your sushi, pho, Thai, or Chinese fix. The stores are pretty much what you'd find in a regular mall...Dick's Sporting Goods, Gap, Banana Republic, Victoria's Secret, American Eagle, H&M, DSW, Bath & Body Works, Barnes & Noble, etc. There's an Apple Store too. Check crockerpark.com for the full list of stores and restaurants. The Regal Cinema there is pretty nice and they have an IMAX. It does get a bit pricey, but it's understandable given the area. Tuesdays are $5.50 movies days! (new releases excluded) They have fireworks here for the 4th of July along with live music during the summer. They have a nice tree lighting ceremony for Christmas time. A lot of people hate on Crocker Park, but I enjoy it. It's nice to see how much my hometown has grown up since I was a mere lad. I loved Crocker Park! I discovered this place as soon as I rolled into town, and spent my afternoons and evenings here entertaining myself with shopping, eating and just all around fun. This place is pretty nice, with tons of nice shops to choose from. Some of the shops here are Michael Kors, Yankee Candle, H&M, Barnes and Noble just to name a few. They also have an amazing selection of restaurants here that are awesome! Such places as The Cheesecake Factory (YUM), Yardhouse (YES!) and several others in here that are great to dine at. The parking situation seemed tough at times, but they do offer Valet for $6. I did the Valet on Friday night because it was jam packed with people eating dinner and catching a movie at the Theater in the center of the complex. They also have metered parking, but that can be tight as well. Overall, I had a really good time here and was thrilled that I was so close from my hotel. I definitely would recommend this place to others, and I had a really good time! read more

Very dog friendly too (wish I had my dogs with me) Great food and so clean! So many stores for my shopping passion too! Without giving any reviews to particular businesses, Crocker Park is an absolute gem for Westlake. Firstly, I live about five minutes by car down the street and I can't tell you what a convenience this is for me. What a beautifully kept center, too. The greenery and upkeep of the park is absolutely wonderful. The walkways still glitter since the first time the park opened, and the benches are comfy and there is plenty of outdoor seating scattered among the walkways. The parking in the garage can get pretty busy on the weekends, causing one to do a bit of walking if you plan to stop in and out of a particular store. My only complaint, which is a rather big one, but at no fault to Crocker Park its self, is that the people that frequent at this center are the rudest, most unfriendly, least down-to-earth people you will ever encounter. They are as pretentious as they come, only with zero class and are horrible tippers (I've worked within Crocker Park for four years). Another tip, don't use the parking meters unless you plan to put money in and not let it run out of time because they WILL give out parking tickets. Also, unless you are going into a business that you use the express parking for, you will get a parking ticket (the employee's keep watch for people abusing the parking spots). read more
