Always a great experience! This is an awesome concept. They took an old warehouse and turned it into a collective of small businesses. Only open on the weekends it is a great way for people wanting to start a small business to launch with less overhead and time commitment. I love visiting when they have additional vendors because you get to see so much more. It is also a great place to take kids. Several vendors have cheap items for kids to enjoy. I usually take my daughter where she picks out quarter hair clips and $1 bracelets. I also always seem to find something for myself. Some vendors items you might see on a visit: Candles Jeep store Bbq Antiques Clothing for women Resale shop Sustainable cleaning Dog bandanas Vintage Christmas shop There is a large parking lot and parking is free. Oh and almost forgot they always have fun selfie/picture backdrops that change with the seasons.

Absolutely fantastic place! Plenty of shops to support, food to enjoy, and even a full service bar to quench your thirst! A great place to spend 3-4 hours on a weekend!

Great concept of shopping in one place, with unique boutique shops, coffee shop, food trucks, and so much more! Love it here!

Super fun place and a go-to whenever I'm dragged to Medina (by my BF hahaha). It's huge, fun to…read morebrowse, fun to shop in and a great place to stock up on snacks! Love the selection of international candies, sodas and snacks but would love more if they also had more savory items. I skip the Funko pop and cards portion of the store but I do enjoy the board game collection and the photoshoot props! This time the sale section was abundant and had savory items like instant cup noodles and chips! Between the BF and me, we cleared that section out, hahaha! We finally signed up for their rewards but because Medina is so dang far from both of us, their expiration on the points you earn is only 1.5 months or something, which is quite ridiculous! Make the points never expire and encourage people to come in every once in a while to redeem! I did hear about an Independence location opening so I'll probably check that out!

For the most part everything is well organized with the exception of some of the random areas. They just have so much it takes awhile to look through. I think they'd do better putting less out so it doesn't become overwhelming for the customer. Lots of fun candy options though. They have a huge Asian area of candy and snacks. The store was clean and the few workers I saw were nice. Definitely with a visit if you are in the area.

From start to finish, this place is a disaster. It is managed terribly and employees give less…read morethan zero F's about their jobs. And honestly, I cannot blame them. I wouldn't want to work there with that manager's negative attitude. The story in a nutshell: 1. Came in for a few grocery items. 2. looking for good deals. At the start, the parking lot is cringe and was not thought all the way through before finishing. The east side faces an ugly fence and is hard to maneuver around. The front of the store has a skinny lane to drive through and just on the other side of that are rows of vehicles. Dangerous. Easy to get hit the way it is set up. Second strike was coming up on the sidewalk. These wheeled carts full of potted plants were blocking the path. Had to go around them. The water hose was left on and had sprung a leak and got water everywhere. Lots of waste... but I guess that's their business. hate to be the one to pay THAT bill! Got inside slowly opening door and immediately dufus woman with a shopping cart is standing there reviewing what looks like a shopping list; blocking the path in this narrow entry antichamber. Why is that EVEN like that? Finally I have to squeeze past her then she gets mad and mumbled something about manners. UMMM... YOU"RE the one blocking the path! Finally, after some searching, I found what I wanted. Got up to the checkout with only ONE cashier and a LOOOOOOOONG line; only to realize after the sale was completed that I was overcharged for an item by more than $5! I stood up for myself and found the manager, "Daniel". He was apologetic enough at first. He walked with me over to where the item was only to tell me (in so many words) that I was dumb and "clearly that is not for that particular item!" I said, "yeah, I saw that it was for another item but I assumed something else was just stocked there and this was put there in its place because there were a whole bunch of them there. It's not like some jerk just discarded his unwanted merch there. This was stocked by an employee. So, that's on YOU... the store! He disagreed and told me I was "welcome to return it." So I tried... Person at the desk was having trouble and ran off to get the same guy who told me to just go to the service desk to return (if I did not like it). I had enough. I just left with the item that I overpayed for and vowed I would not be back. All I got was an, "oh, ok." OH, OK??? Really a-hole? That's the kind of customer service that is closing up store left and right these days. people remember that and some... like me do not forget. We carry that for a long, LOOOOONG time. I had a similar experience at the Barberton location a few weeks ago. Same runaround, but THAT time, the tag was actually for the item it belonged to. I guess price changes and hanging tags are not priority at this place. Anywho, i will NOT be back. Not that "Daniel" cares. But I digress... Treat your customers better!!

However, if customer service can't look up the item and tell me if you for sure, sell it or not let alone where it is at in your store? And what is the purpose of customer service?
