Other than the good old Yard House, questionable Leo's (great location but food and service are awful), some hot chicken place, Cheese Cake factory ( great cakes but horrible food) and Hyde Park (high end food) that's it! Also, now they moved that grotesque furniture store that took the space of two restaurants and a store, it's alway empty...too expensive for most of us! Why not bring Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, Crate and Barrel, more accessible prices and more variety. I've been to other open malls in California, Las Vegas, the East side etc they're booming and fun! Crocker is definitely struggling it's very sad but soon it will collapse!

This plaza is close to Crocker Park mall in Westlake. I don't come to this shopping plaza often but I love Brassica alot and I wish there was a closer location to where I live. Brassica is a popular Mediterranean restaurant that opened in Columbus, Ohio in 2015 then opened in Cleveland (Shaker Heights) in 2019. They opened the Westlake location here at the West Bay Plaza in January 2024. I haven't explored the other businesses in the actual shopping plaza yet but it appears to be a decent shopping complex. They have a wax business, Sierra Trading Post (for clothes), Ulta beauty (makeup and skin care), a pilates studio, a vision center, etc. If you are shopping for clothing, you should visit Crocker Park mall. The West Bay Plaza doesn't have alot of clothing shopping options. I recommend stopping by the West Bay Plaza to buy lunch or dinner at Brassica. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 86/150 total reviews in 2024 - 736 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 10 August 2024

Personal-care businesses include Salon Lofts, Tina's Nails, Sport Clips, Club Pilates, Spenga, Hand and Stone Massage, Club Champion, Drybar, and Waxxpot. This mall does not have much clothing, shoes, and accessories. (The Crocker Park mall across the street has those types of stores.) Nonetheless, this mall does have stores for other types of products, and I recommend it mostly for local residents.

It's is a good mall. I visited on the last Saturday of March 2026 and during the first weekend in May 2026 for business. PARKING -- There are alot of free parking options outside at the parking lot. SHOPPING -- Plenty of shops to choose from such as J.Crew, Victoria's Secrets, Yankee Candle, Kopper Popper (popcorn store), Apple (foe cell phones, headphones, and laptops), Auntie Anne's (pretzels), etc. FOOD -- There is a food court here that has about 5 different type of restaurants. I noticed Sbarro (pizza), Charley's Philly Steaks (Philly cheesesteak sandwiches), and Asian Chao (Chinese food). I've tried food from Asian Chao which was good - I got rice, some vegetables, and I believe chicken in a to-go plastic container. If you live in the area then visit Summit Mall. There are activities for children (a playground inside) which is probably what is keeping the mall alive considering that online shopping is on the rise. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 78/250 total reviews in 2026 - 919 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 13 May 2026
