On multiple occasions (5 at least) I have had to stand outside of the store to take a screenshot of a code or receipt. It's a 50/50 shot that someone is actually able to help me and redeem the perks/discounts. Super frustrating for a fan of H&M. I had basically two sweaters to choose from because they had so few options in his size (which has to be one of the most common men's sizes, which maybe was the problem, but hello it's Christmas -- can you keep your store somewhat stocked?) Im realizing that I'm always harder on retail shops, because deep down I don't really like shopping to begin with. I'm just so much happier to have something magically show up on my doorstep. I have nothing negative to say about the store clerks here, but it does seem like their dressing rooms or maybe just the whole place could use a facelift. It just feels cramped and cluttered, like I fell into a well-lit closet full of distressed denim and brightly colored cardigans.
