    Live performance at City Goods.

Wow. City Goods is such excellent addition to the community. Hand-crafted artisanal products, local brands, specialty products, gifts, souvenirs, clothing and more. And there is a bar on-site! This place is fire. Great service, friendly informative staff, and high quality products. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I've been to the Marshalls store, Dressbarn for work clothes and I have also gone to LensCrafters for an eye Doctor appointment. There are other stores here too including Target, Kohls, Famous Footwear, etc. Also, Cox and Sprint are located here for all your mobile/phone and internet/cable needs. There is an AMC movie theatre here too although it is not actually part of Westgate since it is in a separate strip mall directly west of Westgate. I do wish there were more stores here but who am I kidding? I don't shop that much these days so this mall provides the basics....lol. If you are looking for more stores and/or top designers then head over to the Crocker Park mall or Beachwood mall. The parking lot here is huge to accommodate all the cars coming in and out of the mall so you won't have a problem finding parking. Overall, this is a decent mall. *** - 201 total Yelp reviews. - I have written 155 Yelp reviews in 2018.

We paid $25 a person + a $40 Service Charge to sit in a freezing cold room eating grocery store cookies, drinking coffee and cocoa from a vending machine dispenser, while a nice woman coughed all over everyone (and we're still sick). Our 6 and 8 year old were bored within minutes since we ended up being the only ones there at Noon and other than a woman reading one story from a book there was nothing else to do. The Staff, especially Erik the Elf, were friendly and helpful but the experience was overpriced and the train ride we paid extra for was a joke. There was no Santa (unless you paid $60 a person for breakfast.), and no Mr. Jingeling, but there was Bruce The Spruce but the line was too long. It was really for babies and small children. There were .3 small cars that went in a very small circle a few times...boring! And the Toy Shoppe was a big money grab. It was like being at the Dollar Store (or Five and Up) with cheap toys that cost $5 and up. The entire event was a waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend!

Even the Ritz Carlton is within there. What a joke. I remember they had water fountains and waterfalls, you could go to the movie theater, shop at unique places, grab some food at the food court that had great options, and enjoy the atmosphere. Now it's just a shell of itself. The place is nothing special anymore. It's just a walk through to get to the Gund or the Jake on a cold day. You call this a center, more like a ghost town with a few scattered businesses clinging on that will eventually tank. May as well call it Deformed City Center. May as well just throw in the towel because you're gonna need to clean this place up after it gets demolished one day.

Even though it is cold we enjoy going in the winter to stroll the streets and see all the Christmas lights. They have a lot of unique stores. Plus the events that take place. I recently took my kids to the free indoor play area with the glice to slide on with socks, many toys to play with and Santa's sleigh. There are lots of parking lots so we usually plan ahead to see what we want to visit and find a garage in that area.

My husband and I visited from Pittsburgh, and we stayed in the Hyatt Place hotel for two nights. During the days, we walked along the sidewalks to the stores and restaurants. I noticed that employees in some stores did not speak to me at all, but employees in other stores did greet me and make conversation. I especially enjoyed shopping in the Eddie Bauer and the World Market. My husband and I ate meals at several restaurants, including Another Broken Egg, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, Graeter's Ice Cream, Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse, Pacific East, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Texas de Brazil, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Overall, we enjoyed our visit here for a couple of days. I recommend this town center to local and non-local people.
