So they asked me for the card I used to purchase my order. They tried looking it up that way which didn't work either. The woman at the register said this has been happening a lot. So she called a woman who may or may not have been a manager, I'm really not sure but I'm assuming she was an associate because she was not helpful or polite. But then again, she could have been a manager. Who knows. I didn't want to waste anymore time trying to figure it out. I just wanted to be out the store. She asked for my telephone number associated with my account. I was sure that would work because I've been buying clothes from old navy for the past 15 years. Still didn't work. I showed them my order confirmation on my phone. Still was not working. So she told me she would have to refund me for the pants and then put them on a gift card. She had to put them on three separate gift cards for whatever reason. Still does not make sense but whatever. This has already taken up 15 minutes of my time when I should have already been done. Once she finished she told me I owed 2.35. I asked why since all I was doing was exchanging for a different size. She said because of taxes. Oooookkkkk. When I made my purchase I already paid taxes. Then the manager or not manager(still wasn't clear on who she was) said it was what the system was telling her. And instead of acknowledging that it made absolutely no sense and she wasn't sure why this was happening she continued to insist that this was their policy. So basically I figured out I was paying taxes for the gift cards that I did not ask to use. That was their idea because their system wasn't taking the order number which was right in front of them. I have them my card I used to purchase. My telephone number. My online order number. And the order number they pinned to my bag for curbside pick up. I didn't even want to come Into the store but I figured it wouldn't take long since I knew I was just exchanging. By the time they told me I owed money for taxes the line behind me was long because this store is always understaffed so I just paid them and left. But I will not be visiting this store again. Because both of them knew it made absolutely no sense. I will only shop at old navy online because every time I go into a store and this particular store, it is a complete mess and never enough staff.

The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.
