I walked in here with my husband yesterday to purchase bathing suits for our two children and make other purchases. My husband and I drove two hours to get to this business and excited as we were we walked in to two workers, one young tall brunette and another older lady with glasses-- leaning on the cash wrap avoiding all eye contact-- we were the only customers in there--- no hello, no nothing. We walked past them but they were so engrossed in their own conversation I didn't know when I could chime in for a question. At this point, my husband and I have covered the whole store, questions about their product was in mind but no answers. Their items are reasonable for a boutique style but their sale items are really lousy. Originally at 39.99 but a sale at 33.98? For a winter blouse for a size 24 months? Really? All sale prices were comparable to that magnitude. Above all what train wrecked their place was their inconsideration and ZERO customer service. I can't even say lack of, because it's purely nil. The product is cute but if I could give this place a big zero I would. If one of them approached me or my husband we would have maybe bought something. I was upset leaving the store with my husband because we drove so far just to be ignored. We reached a point while we were in there, where we wanted to continue browsing but it was too awkward. On a busy Saturday night, on a beautiful spring afternoon and Legacy Village packed, I can understand why this store was dead. I'm signing off, sincerely, extremely disappointed customer. read more
