We don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but after several visits we feel it's important to share our experience. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and a comfortable setting, making it a nice place to dine and relax. Each time we came, even with a reservation, we still had to wait a long time. On one occasion, we waited about 50 minutes despite having a reservation. Another time, we waited around 20 minutes, and when we asked how much longer it would be, we were told it could be another hour and a half, or we could leave because there was a plumbing issue. What was disappointing was that this information was not shared earlier. If the issue was already known, clearer communication upfront would have been more respectful of customers' time. The food was good, and some dishes were just okay, but the overall service experience did not quite match the quality of the food. We hope this feedback helps improve the overall experience in the future.

We had a great experience here. The food was delicious and everyone seemed happy and attentive. If you are in the area and looking for a consistent chain restaurant experience this is your place. If you are too full for cheesecake always get a slice to go...just don't look at the calories!

I came to try the new small plate items. They were great. I had the pork belly sliders they were fresh and delicious. I loved the soft crispy bun. Crispy onion rings and sweet pork belly. I can't wait to come back. They chicken biscuits were good also. Needs a little more gravy it was a little dry. They wanted $3 for a little more gravy. The whole dish was around $8 so a little more gravy costing $3 seems a little much. But do like the dish.

I love visits to Cheesecake as it's far and few in between. But when I visit, it is what I remember: yummy and filling. From the bread, warm crab dip, miso salmon, to smores cheesecake, I am always wonderfully satisfied. 2 welcoming hostesses accommodated my friends and I, happily moving us from inside to patio seating, when changing our minds last minute. Server Mick was very great, with filling our waters, removing dishes, etc, as well as just being friendly. It was busy both inside and outside seating. I always love coming here as the choices are endless and the cheesecake selection is wonderful!

This place has the largest menu ever. You can always find something to eat here. The server told us everything was fresh(not frozen) which surprised me because of the fact that the menu is insanely large. I got the Thai lettuce wraps and they were incredible. I'll definitely be going back just for them. My fiance got the fettuccine Alfredo and said it was also delicious.

Went for a late lunch during my work trip and it was perfect! Not busy, our service was great! She was prompt and paid attention to when refills were needed and when to check on us. Restaurant was super clean hostess was friendly!

So I came here on Mother's Day I'll give an honest review my food was good but service was subpar due to a server who just wasn't very attentive on Mother's Day while being attentive to other people in front of us the server had left a bad taste in my mouth due to being incompetent and Kindve rude but MANAGEMENT made up for it so that's why I am leaving a 4 star instead of a 2 star

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE our servers vibe was off the minute he started serving us didn't smile once dropped our menus down we where in a group of 4 and just figured he's having a bad shift but the night continued to get worse as there was HAIR IN MY FOOD begged my mom not to tip but she still did I don't understand why he was rude as we saw him smiling and nice to the table next to us. Think his name was chad? he was skinny white guy

The Cheesecake Factory is wonderfully surprising during happy hour. Happy hour is relegated to the bar area between 4:00-6:00 Monday-Friday. They offer mostly appetizers with some small plates and snacks. Most are $5 bucks cheaper and house drinks are practically free. There are plenty of TVs, making it the perfect spot to catch the game. If you're going to order one thing, I suggest ordering the fried calamari ($9.95). It's not only tasty (light batter!), but it's also substantial in size. It's a good snack if you find yourself drinking. I also love the Cheesecake Factory eggrolls in any form - avocado, Tex-mex, cheeseburger. The exterior is crispy and inside is a palette fuck. None of these ingredients belong in an eggroll, yet here we are. Off the three, I love the Tex-mex ($9.95) best. It's filled with spicy chicken, corn, black beans, peppers onions, and melted cheese. Highly recommend the Cheesecake Factory HH experience

Consistent quality, scratch kitchen and always accommodating. Never an issue. Monte Cristo sandwich one of the best. Manager on duty, Andrew, is a great - never an issue, suggested new items that were great. Our server Avery's was great and very experienced Highly continue to recommend !

It's The Cheesecake Factory, what more do you need to know? But seriously, every visit here reminds me why it's such a classic. Basically, happiness on a plate (and in a glass). Server was great, kept checking in and kept drinks filled. And we were served soft/warm bread! (That's usually a hit or miss sometimes). We will be back.

I periodically come to this location and service is always great. The branzino fish plate is awesome. I like the outdoor patio peaceful and relaxing.

Service was good. Food was excellent. Sadly, I don't remember what everybody ordered. I think my daughter had honey chicken. She said it was very good. A friend of ours had some kind of a salad that he said was very good. I had the green chili chicken enchilada with rice and beans. We forget about the rice and beans they weren't that great. The green chili chicken enchilada was very good. There was so much food. I brought two of the three enchiladas home the rice and the beans. I only brought the rice and beans because they packaged it up for me. I ate a second of the chicken green chili enchiladas. The third ones in the freezer. We all had one kind of another cheesecake except my daughter who had carrot cake. The friend of ours had I don't remember what kind of cheesecake I got the fresh strawberry cheesecake. It was ultra sweet as far as I was concerned. The friend wanted to celebrate my 80th birthday, which was at the beginning of the month. The waitress was so sweet, she brought me something like a wine glass that had hot fudge chocolate in the bottom and a dip of vanilla ice cream on top with whipped cream on top of that and a candle in the middle burning very brightly. I loved the ice cream and fudge chocolate with whip whipped cream after I blew the candle out took it out. I took the cheesecake home with me, but outside of the bite that I took at the restaurant I've not eaten it. I'm not crazy about a lot of sweets, so I gave it to someone who liked sweets and she loved it so it was a plus. My daughter eat her cake and enjoyed it and took part of her honey chicken home with her. The waitress was fairly attentive to our needs. We all enjoyed our evening there. The ambience was great, except for the fact that there was so much talking, but you find that in every restaurant I hadn't been there in quite a few years and really enjoyed it. We did have one picture taken of the three of us as we were leaving

There is a nice variety of sweet treats, and the service provided by the team inside the truck was stellar. One of our student organizations was hosting The Scookie Bar, and after walking around their event, you could score a ticket for a complimentary Scookie. As we pre-ordered so many as incentives for our students, I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, something wasn't set up properly so we didn't have the cookies themselves, but we did have sundaes. We had six options to decide between. I went with The Standard consisting of vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate sauce, and on a normal day, there would have bene a chocolate chip cookie, too. The other five options included the Chocolate Lover, The Celebration, The Signature, Reese's Lover, and The VNA. While I enjoyed the sundae, I'm sure it would have been even better with the cookie included. The Scookie Bar is "where the scoop met the cookie" and serves freshly baked, warm deep-dish skillet cookies also known as scookies. They have a location at The Churchill in Downtown Phoenix, though I would assume I would more regularly see them when their food truck stops by ASU. Their Churchill location is closed on Monday but open Tuesday through Friday from 5-10 PM and Saturday and Sunday from Noon to 10 PM. If you want to order catering, it includes 2 hours of service and a 100 scookie minimum. They can provide a Build Your Own Menu where guests can choose the cookie, ice cream, and toppings, or they can choose from the Signature Scookie Menu which is what ASU did. They have been operating since 2016 in Phoenix. Now that I realize that I was missing the chocolate chip cookie, I need to try it again with that included! I definitely recommend this sweet treat to others.

I can't speak on the customer service as we never left our table and our waited just walked over and got what we needed. We were pretty stuffed from our massive meal, but we decided on sharing a cup of gelato just to satisfy our sweet tooth. I peeked inside as our table was right at a little walkway from the restaurant to the bakery. Gelato is just one of many things they serve here. They also have all your typical Italian desserts. Cakes like tiramisu, pastries like Italian flag cookies, cookies like Italian wedding cookies, cannolis of different varieties, and of course gelato. What was suggested to us if we wanted gelato was the hazelnut flavor. I was expecting a little cup for the 6 of us just to get a taste, but what he brought over was a massive serving. I don't know how many scoops it was or even how much we even paid, but we all got plenty with some even left behind. Now this gelato was life changing. Probably the best I've had in the states. I know it's gotta be way better in Italy, but I'll take what I can when I can. Think of a Ferrero Rocher but in gelato form. It was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it. It wasn't overly sweet and it had a little crunch with bits of chocolate and hazelnuts. My sweet tooth was extremely satisfied after having dessert here. I have literally been thinking about that gelato since I left Phoenix. Luckily this company has locations in Texas so I will definitely be seeking out this gelato soon.

While I was still in NYC with my family on XMas eve eve, it hit me... I need to bring something besides wine everytime I go to their home. Nor a Southern dish. I wanted something unapologetically New Yaek. And what's more New Yawk than a box of classic Italian cookies? After asking a few Yelp friends where to find the best Italian cookies in Phoenix, The Sicilian Baker kept coming up. I called them last minute on Christmas Eve eve, having never been there before, totally sight unseen. First of all, their voicemail is hilarious. Truly. If you do nothing else, call just to hear it. It will instantly make you want to order something. Once I reached a real person, I explained my situation, that I wouldn't be able to come in beforehand, I needed a beautiful cookie tray for about 14-16 people, and I had a few must have preferences. Without hesitation, they said, "We got you." I was assured it would be ready when I landed on Xmas eve. Sure enough, after my partner picked me up from the airport, we headed straight to The Sicilian Baker. Parking right out front, a huge plus. As soon as you pull in, you're greeted with Frank Sinatra playing, not just inside, but even in the parking lot. It sets the tone immediately. We walked in, gave my name, and within minutes a lovely young person brought out my tray. Ten minutes later, we were on our way. Easy. Efficient. Warm service that made me actually grab a small box of cookies to drop my besties home on the way outta there. I didn't even realize at first that there's a sit down restaurant next door where you can relax and enjoy something. Great to know for next time ;) . Now, let's talk about the cookies. Yes, they are on the pricier side, but every single dollar was worth it. The tray was robust. Classic Italian pastries across the board like lobster tails, tri-colored almond cakes, cannolis, and all the favorites you hope for when you're trying to impress a room full of potential inlaws. And impress it did. The moment I walked in with that tray, it was a hit. People were already claiming which pastries they wanted, plotting what they'd take home, and hovering before dinner was even finished. There was more than enough for 16 people, grand is the only word for it, which is my style 1,000%. To this day, they're still talking about those cookies which makes me phenomenally proud (and humbled). I say this in all my reviews, "I hate almost everything. I'm discerning. I'm critical. And when something truly represents what I stand for - quality, authenticity, and heart, I will shout it from the rooftops". The Sicilian Baker delivered New York level excellence in Phoenix! Do not walk, runswiftly to this place if you need a gift, a show stopping dessert, or simply want to treat yourself. I cannot wait to go back. Highly, highly recommended.

It's smooth, rich without being too heavy, and the flavor actually develops as you eat it instead of just being one-note sweet. You can tell they take this part seriously. Leave it outside the fridge for an hour and watch that cheesecake melt on your tongue crystals (if you have the patience for that) Their rotating monthly flavors keeps things interesting, and you're not just stuck with the same lineup every time. Out of what I tried, the banana pudding one was easily a standout--super nostalgic, creamy, and just done right without being overly sweet. The coconut one was also up there, more subtle but still really clean and flavorful. Love me some coconut! They also have a punch card system--buy 9 slices, get the 10th free--which is a nice touch. It lowkey turns into a mission because once you've tried one flavor, you kinda want to work your way through all of them anyway. Now...the downside. The customer service just isn't great. It's not aggressive or anything, just noticeably lacking. There's not much warmth or engagement--it feels pretty transactional. For a place that clearly puts effort into their product, you'd expect at least a baseline level of hospitality, and it's just not really there. So overall, if you're going to Banhams, go for the cheesecake. The rotating flavors keep it fresh, the quality is legit, and it's definitely worth trying. Just don't expect much from the service side, and you'll enjoy it a lot more.

There's so much to choose from! I got the Dubai chocolate ice cream cup. It was amazing. It came with pistachio ice cream, milk, chocolate, ice cream, whipped cream, pistachio drizzle and chocolate drizzle absolutely delicious! My husband gone butter, pecan with brownies and whipped cream, which was very tasty as well! Honestly the ice cream was good.. But for being such a fun looking ice cream shop and for being downtown Phoenix. I expected the vibe in there to be a little bit more inviting a little bit more fun and upbeat! I mean, at least some music playing! Once the other customers left, it was just my husband and I was sitting there the employees were nowhere in sight there's no music no entertainment at all inside. and outside, you can see the hustle and bustle of the nightlife which was nice! To be honest with you going to the restroom, there was music in that hall that was inviting, and there was music in the restroom that was more inviting than the actual ice cream shop! To go in get your ice cream and leave would be great. But if you want to eat inside it's just very bland very plain and very uninviting for as cool and fun as their ice cream options are I just expected the place to be a little bit more fun going. It lacked in that area for sure, but the taste of the ice cream was delicious.

My mom and I literally stumbled into this adorable little ice cream spot in downtown Phoenix while…read morehunting for a sweet treat on vacation, and OMG... destiny!! Not only was it super cute inside, but they had an entire gluten-free menu for me to choose from. Like--an actual GF wonderland. I nearly cried. The guy working the counter was ridiculously nice and let us sample basically the whole store. Unlimited samples?? Don't threaten me with a good time. We were out here tasting flavors like we were on "The Bachelor: Ice Cream Edition." Now let's talk about the 'Strawberry Frappe'.I can't even describe the flavor because my brain still short-circuits when I think about it. Just trust me--it's different, it's magical, it's what Strawberry Shortcake would drink on her day off. I wanted two flavors SO badly, but the two-scoop cup was basically the size of my head. They should let people do a mini cup with two flavors... buuuut I asked nicely (with big doe eyes) and got away with it. Hehe They also had a chalkboard wall where we could sign our names, so of course we doodled like we were famous artists. Honestly, I'm expecting MoMA to call any day now. If you're visiting downtown Phoenix,go check out this ice cream spot!! Like... run. Don't walk. I'm still dreaming about it.

They put on the face of someone helping the community when in reality they are greedy conniving individuals taking advantage of the youths desire to perform and display their creative music with one another. Phenomenal crepes, horchata and more. This place is like a hidden little secret. They have many different delicious crepe options that are made when you order them so they are always fresh, hot and tasty. There are so many freshly made drinks to choose from Horchatas, Shakes, Lemonades in a variety of flavors that come in Mason jars you can take home. They offer catering, make cakes for you special events, host special events for the local youth. They open their doors and allow the local youth community to put on small music shows to show their support of their hard work and support their passion for their love of music. They offer painting classes and even cake decorating classes. This truly is a small hidden gem that shouldn't get passed by. If you are ever in the area stop by for a bit to eat or to enjoy a delicious drink.
