We don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but after several visits we feel it's important to share our experience. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance and a comfortable setting, making it a nice place to dine and relax. Each time we came, even with a reservation, we still had to wait a long time. On one occasion, we waited about 50 minutes despite having a reservation. Another time, we waited around 20 minutes, and when we asked how much longer it would be, we were told it could be another hour and a half, or we could leave because there was a plumbing issue. What was disappointing was that this information was not shared earlier. If the issue was already known, clearer communication upfront would have been more respectful of customers' time. The food was good, and some dishes were just okay, but the overall service experience did not quite match the quality of the food. I came to try the new small plate items. They were great. I had the pork belly sliders they were fresh and delicious. I loved the soft crispy bun. Crispy onion rings and sweet pork belly. I can't wait to come back. They chicken biscuits were good also. Needs a little more gravy it was a little dry. They wanted $3 for a little more gravy. I love visits to Cheesecake as it's far and few in between. But when I visit, it is what I remember: yummy and filling. From the bread, warm crab dip, miso salmon, to smores cheesecake, I am always wonderfully satisfied. 2 welcoming hostesses accommodated my friends and I, happily moving us from inside to patio seating, when changing our minds last minute. This place has the largest menu ever. You can always find something to eat here. The server told us everything was fresh(not frozen) which surprised me because of the fact that the menu is insanely large. I got the Thai lettuce wraps and they were incredible. Probably the best Cheesecake Factory I've ever been to! Blake, the waiter, was extremely patient and hospitable and was gracious enough to give opinions on different dishes and deserts. The dinning area was clean and extremely spacious compared to other locations. I have to say that portion sizes are quite large as well so be prepared to have to share if you are someone whose eyes are bigger than their stomach's. The worst Cheesecake Factory I've ever been too. First impression upon walking in is the place smelled like a dirty diaper. The restaurant looked dirty and run down. They were out of Coke products and the Rootbeer was flat. We got the eggroll sampler and it was ok but both our pasta dishes were absolutely awful and we were really disappointed. The Cheesecake Factory is wonderfully surprising during happy hour. Happy hour is relegated to the bar area between 4:00-6:00 Monday-Friday. They offer mostly appetizers with some small plates and snacks. Most are $5 bucks cheaper and house drinks are practically free. There are plenty of TVs, making it the perfect spot to catch the game. If you're going to order one thing, I suggest ordering the fried calamari ($9.95). It's not only tasty (light batter!), but it's also substantial in size. It's a good snack if you find yourself drinking. I also love the Cheesecake Factory eggrolls in any form - avocado, Tex-mex, cheeseburger. The exterior is crispy and inside is a palette fuck. A friend of ours had some kind of a salad that he said was very good. I had the green chili chicken enchilada with rice and beans. We forget about the rice and beans they weren't that great. I only brought the rice and beans because they packaged it up for me. I ate a second of the chicken green chili enchiladas. The third ones in the freezer. We all had one kind of another cheesecake except my daughter who had carrot cake. The friend of ours had I don't remember what kind of cheesecake I got the fresh strawberry cheesecake. It was ultra sweet as far as I was concerned. The friend wanted to celebrate my 80th birthday, which was at the beginning of the month. The waitress was so sweet, she brought me something like a wine glass that had hot fudge chocolate in the bottom and a dip of vanilla ice cream on top with whipped cream on top of that and a candle in the middle burning very brightly. I loved the ice cream and fudge chocolate with whip whipped cream after I blew the candle out took it out. I took the cheesecake home with me, but outside of the bite that I took at the restaurant I've not eaten it. I'm not crazy about a lot of sweets, so I gave it to someone who liked sweets and she loved it so it was a plus. My daughter eat her cake and enjoyed it and took part of her honey chicken home with her. The waitress was fairly attentive to our needs. We all enjoyed our evening there. Have not been to a Cheesecake Factory in a few years. It has always been very nice experience. This time just so so. The interior of the restaurant is impressive. Love the designs on the walls, the huge columns, cleanliness of the place. We had one of the near private booths in the middle of the dining area. All good to start. The server was nice but busy. Asked us several times to order. I had the Renee's lunch special. Have had it before and really loved it. Today the soup was luke warm and I added salt because it had little flavor. While our server was wonderful, the place did seem understaffed and there were some mistakes made in the kitchen. Went to this location for date night. The hostess was super friendly and got us seated right away since we made an online reservation. I definitely recommend this step since they can get very busy. Our waitress was very friendly and professional, though 4 stars for service since we did have to wait a while for refills and our check even though it was not as busy when we were there. We waited a while to get our bread. Overall the food was very good, my boyfriend got the chicken Madeira and steak Diane combo and I got the four cheese pasta with chicken. I do regret getting chicken since it's much more expensive and mine was rubbery and bland. The rest of the pasta was good but the chicken on it was not so I just kept moving chicken pieces to the side. Wish I had just kept it without it and not paid extra. We also tried the Oreo cheesecake that they have and it was delicious. 4 stars due to the bad chicken on the pasta and slowish service, however I still want to emphasize our waitress was nice and friendly. read more

We've loved the skinnylicious menu for their burger and salad for a long time. We've noticed during the last few visits they changed the salad from the yummy mixed lettuce including butter lettuce, to an even smaller very skimpy cheaply made mixture. Disappointing! read more

Shrimp tasted boiled, pasta had water and wasn't drained properly with very little sauce. Grilled salmon ok with a small side of broccoli and mashed potatoes. To small for the price. Lettuce wraps ok...nothing special. Our server was great but food took way to long and she kept saying cheesecake lady backed up. We took some to go. I had the lunch portion size of the southwest chicken salad. I love the salad dressing.... It has a bite to it but not spicy hot just a crisp tart tangy bite. So good! Large leaves of cilantro and fresh sliced tomato adorned the outside and fresh chicken, grilled corn and black beans tossed with crunchy romaine make this so refreshing. The crunchy tortilla strips are always a pleasant surprise because the are fresh and just the right snap to them. They offered to fix it & by the time the new one was brought out we were all finished eating. Like, they had cleared our plates, that long. We of course assume his filet will be taken off of the bill but it wasn't. We were told they usually give a piece of cheesecake for the inconvenience. Are you kidding me?! I just had the worst experience at the Phoenix Cheesecake Factory on camelback today. They brought out rotten cucumbers and bean sprouts on the lettuce wraps. I sent it back with the manager and 25 min later when the second one came out it came the same way with rotten food on it. I refused it, had to ask for it to be removed from my ticket and was never asked if I wanted something different. The manager never came around again. Put our names down for a table, we were not offered a right away seating at bar, so after a couple minutes I saw the manager and she asked about bar seating and she did explain that it's open seating and immediate service. So we canceled the wait and went to the bar. Bar staff were attentive, fast but a true definition of a robot. No smiles, no engagement aside from taking drink and food orders. Loved the bread and butter. The martinis were well made, and the food was great. I had the fish and chips and it was well made, and my friend had some pasta and chicken dish which he seemed to enjoy. I love this area and this CF is so cute inside has a really friendly staff and is always so clean. The lose a star always for their alcoholic drinks. They're pretty and taste like juice. I asked for the strongest drink and I thought it was a virgin. I did want to get the medallions but they were all out of all steaks except Rib Eye. Of course we came for the cheesecake, but thought we'd work our way through a meal first. The Dynamite Shrimp Appetizer passed the taste test for flavor, although the exact spices were tough to name. And of course the warm, dark bread is a great start. Although not known for being a go-to place for biscuits, the Chicken and Biscuits was deemed to be tasty, and The Chicken Carbonara was okay, but I was glad I ordered the crisp yet succulent Crispy Chicken Cestoletta although the amt. of asparagus was skimpy. Of course not, but the choices are indeed overwhelming at a place so named; however, the hard choice was made and the 2 winners were the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, and the Mango Key Lime.
