Well Alyssa at the store put the wrong address on the order and the phone is now lost in the bowels of the UPS hub in the area. I talked to Alyssa on the phone and she tried to tell me that my sister put the wrong address in. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? My sister put the wrong address of the store that Alyssa is employed? Really! Any time I call the store they say there is no manager on duty and won't be there for some number of days. All this when you call to speak to a manger, no one picks up, and you call back and miraculously there is no manager. So what that means is there is no supervision and certainly ZERO accountability at this store and I'm learning also at AT&T corporate "customer service." Since the phone is in limbo, we just moved my Dad's phone to my sister's account, which is a different carrier. I will soon be behind them once this is resolved. Honest to God, I've not ever dealt with service this atrocious. Because of the lack of their accountability at the store, I've not talked to my 84 year father in some time. If you care about the people you call, and want a responsible sales person and company, stay away from Prime services AT&T stores.

Beware... Management and Sale Associates are crooks…read more Upgraded my wife's and my phone at the same location two different days and spoke with two different people each time. They will force you to add phone protection on your order to grow their attachment percentages and then tell you to call customer support to remove it. If you tell them you declined the protection due to going to add Apple Care, they say it's not possible and have to add it to the order or they will receive an error. Don't forget, when you make that call I remove the protection, you're on hold for 30-45 minutes before someone comes to the phone. To add to this, they then proceed to open your brand new phone and peel all stickers off. The issue with this is my wife decided she wanted a different color phone before even taking the phone out of the bag and they proceeded to tell me that they would charge me a $55 restocking fee. Well, so I don't have a disappointed wife for Christmas, I paid the restocking fee. Just sad. Please just go to Best Buy or Apple to purchase your new phone. Do not want anyone to have to go through this horrible process I went through.

I removed the cover and presto! Josh did a fantastic job, and refrained from the "it's not my job" mentality that unfortunately exists. He quickly identified and fixed my issue, pleasantly and epideictically. I was a General Manager for decades with Circuit City and Best Buy, among others. AT&T should be glad that I am no longer, because I would have tried to recruit Josh on the spot. Once my contract runs out with "V", I will be returning to check out your packages.
