One small sign in rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store.

SmartZone is not a smart place to go to get your iPhone repaired based on my experience. Next when I dropped my phone of with them, they said it would be done in 3-4 hours but on the phone they said it would be done in 30 mins. I called at 1pm and was there at 1:15pm. How could it go from 30 mins to 3-4 hrs in 15mins, something doesn't add up to me. Finally, when I got my phone back everything seemed ok at first. After using it for an hour or so, I kept trying to get these little hairs and dust particles off the screen. When they wouldn't come off I realized they were under the glass and can't be gotten too. Additional my center bottom button didn't work every time. So I called SmartZone about this and they said there isn't anything they can do about it unless I pay to have to screen replaced again. This was the final straw for me; I found one of the other mobile repair companies and met up with them the same day. When they opened up my phone in front of me and point out and showed me my phone was missing parts (i.e. some shields and screens). In the end the mobile repair company got my phone fixed and I want to thank them for being honest and straight forward with me. Both things I feel were missing for SmartZone. So needless to say I will never go to SmartZone again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. Please anyone thinking about taking your phone here for any reason DON'T. Do a little more searching, there are many other companies that have better customer service and offer more services. Some are even mobile and will meet you somewhere or come to your offices or home. The calibration was off from the second it was installed and I ended up having to take it to a different establishment 4 weeks later...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS JOKE OF A STORE. And its rare when they can't fix something in their swim lane." Replacing a battery in a Samsung Gear3 watch from 2018 that had become a brick isn't a typical phone repair.
