First, I had several connections with corporate by phone asking if I could get a prorated bill and…read morewas told no. I had not signed up for a new contract. I went to this store and was helped. The nice employee called corporate and I finally received an answer to my question. Since I switched services (due to cost and dropped calls) in the middle of a billing cycle, I would have to pay the full bill and a prorated refund would be mailed to me in 30 days. I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget. I also need a clear connection with siblings facing end of life issues in another state, hence the changing of carriers. I have been a customer in my own name since 2012 and as a married partner 2000-2012. The forerunner, Sprint, always was kind to deal with billing discrepancies. After waiting 30 days, I contacted corporate and was hung up on twice (robo man and representative). Before the 2nd hang-up, I found out my prorated rate which would be my refund but they were not going to issue it. I went back to this corporate store to see if they could help but was told they could not. I really think t-mobile should review their business ethics.

They stood behind their work, fixed the issue, and even took the time to show me exactly what they did. I've never experienced customer service like this from an electronics repair shop. It's usually hit or miss, but with this store, it's definitely a HIT! I originally came because they had five-star reviews, and now I completely understand how they keep earning them. They CARE, and it shows. You're not just a dollar sign to them--you're a person, and they genuinely want to help solve your problem. If you need a repair, don't go anywhere else. Bring your device here. You'll be treated with honesty, care, and a genuine desire to help!

I was thinking of hiring someone to wall mount the five tvs anyway so that was it. I hired WSC and in one day they had all the tvs, a sound bar, and 5.1 surround system and all xboxes and blu ray players connected. Everything works, wires are hidden, looks great. The owner decided not to come to my house cause I accidentally hung up on him while working on a pipe that busted under my sink with water going everywhere. I then took time off early to be here to find a floor full of water right has called and I did accidentally hung up on him. Once I get it under control I called the number back to see who I hung up on and apologize to find out that it was WSC who the refused to come out.
