I wasted hours of time and energy pulling this together and making sure I was bringing good books to get the max amount. I expressed my frustration with the process when I picked up the books. They then claimed that I need to remember that "they are a small business so ‍" What VGH failed to realize is that I had NO issue trading the item in to them since WITH the money I got from the trade I was going to immediately spend it back at the store meaning they would only stand to have made money on our transaction. The issue I have is VGH pulling an underhanded move like this then turning around allowing me to then spend more of my money in store (when my trade-in value was never met in the first place). TLDR: VGH lost a potential returning customer who would have given significantly more money to this company in time than what they got by cheating me out a SINGLE collectible figure. EDIT: I was also given a 3rd party PS2 controller when I bought my PS2 which is a laughable business practice.

The replacement console they gave me was FULL of dead roaches and their feces, dust, and the av port was rusted. I keep my consoles in a humidity-controlled room, the rust came with the console, so did the dead roaches. I don't know how that passed any qa, or the original defective console for that matter. The prices are cheap, but going somewhere else would be advised. This place has gone downhill bad.

One small sign in rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store.
