But today that was not the case unfortunately we end up only getting a credit instead of getting even trade in to applied to the new phone. But after we got the salesperson to understand what we was told. he did clarify that the deals to change from time to time very understanding and that we only had basic plan and that didn't applied to the offer that was present.

This is the rudest establishment ive ever been in. I went to make a payment for my daughter a few…read moremonths back bc she didnt have time. I walked in and stood there for 27 mins without either employee ever even lifting their head. I ended up walking out to leave and decided I had already wasted 30 mins I may as well wait and get it done so I didnt have to come back. I go back in wait 10 more mins with 0 acknowledgement until I was irritated enough to finally say "Im not sure what the issue is but you could at least say hello someone will be with you once we have finished instead of completely ignoring someone" then I finally hear it'll be a min. I let it go bc its not worth an argument and thought maybe it was a bad day but since my experience ive had 2 other people tell me they had the exact same thing happen to them. Then my husband went to pay my daughters bill this evening and the first thing out of his mouth when he got home was those people are fing rude! He had the same deal except it was 2 girls that continued to speak to him rudely. So I guess it's their whole team that treat people with 0 respect. How has corporate not taken care of this? If ive had 3 people other than myself have the same experience with different employees I know many others have been treated the same way. Hopefully this location gets a lesson on how to treat people.

When I went back in I was greeted by the store manager who was also extremely nice. I found out the original girl that greeted me was new and I would've never known, so fantastic training. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the 3rd girl who stayed to finish getting my account straightened out, but again extremely nice. I walked in feeling very uncertain, but I left completely reassured. If you have a bad encounter with anyone in this store, it's highly likely that you walked in with a bad attitude, and you left with a bad attitude.

She provided absolute quality customer service. We had a few issues activating my phone, but she conducted multiple troubleshooting attempts and ensured I did not leave the store without my account activated. HOWEVER. My husband and I recently moved and were told that our old router was "no longer compatible" which was false per research after the fact because it is still infact usable. Not only did the installation guy upsell us to a shittier router that functions off of 5G cell network (the gigabit plan which is terrible because it can get bogged down with any network crowding in the area and is also their lowest speed plan) but he also up sold us to a new router we didn't need and an extender which we also didn't need for our RESIDENTIAL house!! Of course we were in the middle of moving -- quite literally still had the movers putting boxes in our new house; so he took advantage of us. Our old plan and old router worked like a champ with no issues only needing a quick reset like maybe once a year. Now however we have had the new network plan and router with nothing but lagging issues, device incompatibility (yeah. Thanks consumer America) requiring jailbreaks or buying new products, and a friggin price increase by almost $35! Absolutely absurd! I would not trust a THING any of their service people tell you. Do your research online with your current router or if you want to buy after market for cheaper before hand. 0/10 we will be switching providers ASAP.

Please make sure you understand the store is not a Verizon owned store. They are a retailer allowed to sell Verizon products. The signage indicates Verizon. One small sign in rear of store tells customers the truth. Cell phone retailers no longer have to notate they are not a corporate store. Because of this, many customers arrive, believing they are in a Verizon corporate store.

Well I spent 8.3 hours between online automated chat (which is totally worthless), online chat with a rep (pretty much totally worthless), and four different calls with reps. Two were worthless; one was dropped; one was helpful. And two trips to Verizon's local Hub store. Verizon holds you hostage: 2-3 business days to evaluate the condition of the return? Why do I care? It was NEVER attempted to deliver. And then 7-10 business days to refund. So Verizon gets my money for two weeks. Good thing that I didn't need a phone, right? NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH VERIZON. VERIZON BLOWS; THEY'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO SUCK.

He has really been good to help my friends, family & our former business by determining the best plan for their needs. I had been holding onto a grandfathered plan for many years & thought it could get no better. He found a plan for Seniors who purchased phones on their own that was better, even including cellular for my iPad & Apple Watch. Recently I bought a new iPad on line through the Apple Store. I knew how to set it up. The only task I had never performed was removing the SIM Card from my old iPad & inserting it into the new. Since the SIM Card lays, rather than snaps into the tray, it was hard to keep it in the tray & get it to snap in. I got in my car & immediately went to this Verizon Store. One of the employees immediately snapped it in for me. They are really nice and helpful. The store is a standalone across Independence Boulevard from Haygood Shopping Center. There is ample parking & a curb cut on Independence so you can turn in coming from the north. No U turn required. The store is spacious, clean and is adequately staffed. I highly recommend it. But if one can determine what store Jeff now works at Remember......He's the best!!!
